Quoting process was good. Very fast response. Company gave me an estimated timeframe. They called and left a message the day before the work. I had hoped they would have given me a little more notice. I was not available that day and when I called they gladly set another date. The work was done fast and efficiently. They were carefull not to impact the lawn or my neighbors yards. They cleaned up very thoroughly. The office staff, workers and managers were all friendly and professional. The price was more than I had expected but the results offset the cost.
"Hi Member, After reading your review we immediately looked in to what you claimed. We are sorry if there was any confusion by either company you were in contact with including and of course us. We looked very carefully into this and found we have no credit card information from you, never charged you anything and at the very bottom line, were not the company you hired and did not interact with you. I don't know what the company you used was telling you but we have no business we have ever conducted with you. You were never our customer and anyone can google us and read the last five years of reviews from all our customers that have done business with us and see for themselves what type of company we are. Our character and the service we provide is paramount to us and our customers. With all that being said it seems you had a great experience with the company you chose, as you never went with us and this is a very competitive business we of course hope that people reading your review keep that in mind because this is a very odd review. We have never had someone review our company before that has not used our service and would spend their personal time to make claims when you used someone else that just so happens to be our competitor. We do believe that there are other great companies out there and if Parker did a good job for you then great. Again, we have no record of you and never did business with you, and your own words from your review admit that. We are not sure of Angie's Liist review policy of non-customers but we have a policy here to do our best that even when a person chooses another company that we still make sure you have all the information about auto transport to best insure a safe transport regardless of the company you go with. If it's not the case that you know someone at Parker personally great but otherwise we take these things very seriously here, and anyone that looks us up can see that. We hope that at the least the communication on what was happeing was up to par. We strive to only to use the best and most reputable carriers ,but even they are late from time to time.
