While my car was not damaged and the delivery timeframe was good, I had too many headaches/problems with pick up and drop off locations that I would never again use this company for my transporting needs. In fact, I didn't even tip the driver. I was really annoyed with the incompetence. I mean, really, you haul vehicles for a living and you're gonna be scared to drive down a downtown street? It was all about making it convenient for THEM, not their customer.
Quoting process was good. Very fast response. Company gave me an estimated timeframe. They called and left a message the day before the work. I had hoped they would have given me a little more notice. I was not available that day and when I called they gladly set another date. The work was done fast and efficiently. They were carefull not to impact the lawn or my neighbors yards. They cleaned up very thoroughly. The office staff, workers and managers were all friendly and professional. The price was more than I had expected but the results offset the cost.

We hope that at the least the communication on what was happeing was up to par. We strive to only to use the best and most reputable carriers ,but even they are late from time to time. "Hi Member, I am very sorry the carrier we found for you scratched the vehicle. I am sure this will be resolved .Unfortunately damages do happen time to time. One thing we make sure is that the carriers we contract have the proper insurance . The only way you will ever have a issue being reimbursed is if the damage is not documented on the inspection sheet from delivery. The insurance companies only will honor and reimburse documented claims. This is why we explain to everyone go over the vehicle in detail before you pay your carrier. This will be covered by the carrier with out a issue as long as the paperwork is in order. Thank-you for your consideration,and working with us. After multiple conversations with representatives they blamed me for everything saying that I needed to raise the price when they would come to me for offers that were significantly higher than the quotes I received and said I was being difficult. The customer service was one of the worst experiences I had.
After over a month of nothing happening expect harsh conversations with the company, I finally was able to break my contract and choose another carrier. I did not end up shipping through this company and cannot speak on the actual transportation.
I want to give a heads up that if you are shopping multiple carriers and Mercury happens to be the lowest, please be aware that you will expect to pay MUCH more than quoted if you actually want your vehicle moved
My recommendation is to go through a company that actually performs the shipping and does not just act as a broker....even if it costs a bit more.
"Hi Member, I’m so sorry to hear you had a bad experience with our company. We explain to everyone how the industry operates, and that if you have time on your side start your offer low. The only thing we charge is a small service fee for putting drivers through a screening process to make sure they have the proper credentials, and doing all the paper work and customer service. We cannot force you or a driver to do anything you don’t feel is fair. Unfortunately the driver’s offers were a little higher than what you were looking for. If we don’t ship your vehicle we don’t get paid. Again I am sorry we were not able to get you a price that was agreeable to you, but we did our best.
