DISHONEST AND NOT RELIABLE! We used this company to tent and bought the insurance which we paid annually, but when her termites came back they would not honor it. It took forever to get someone to even come out, and when they did they told us we didn’t have termites. They said it was termite season and they were just swarming. But they wouldn’t even check the inside of the house or the attic, even tho my husband requested this. We had to pay another company to tent, plus pay for another hotel stay. And, awhile later our roof collapsed due to the termite eaten Wood so we had to replace our whole roof, add a cost of $20,000!

I pay a $100 annual contract fee. This was a call back, fairly close to the previous one. I’ve had them several times within the last year. I haven’t actually determined that the termites have stopped working on the woodwork, I like the technician that comes out very much.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! This company is really BAD!!!!! They made me sign several documents for the fumigation including one where it says if they damage your roof they are not responsible. Came back home yesterday after 30 hours fumigation and discovered they broke at least from what I could see 15 to 20 barrel tiles on my roof. I spoke with the manager here is his answer: "if your roof can't carry the weight of a human being we are not responsible!" The truth is those guys they don't even know how to walk on those roofs they don't just care. But if it was only that, I got the appointment on Dec 28th with the person to look at my house. We did all the paperwork and told me I will be contacted by the office to make an appointment but anyway they won't be able to do it before February. 2 weeks later I was still waiting for the call, I called the company they didn't have any paperwork for my house. I got a call from the person who came they had lost the document. I'm the one who did scanned the documents and send them to the company. When finally I got somebody over the phone she started telling me that now they won't be able to do it on February. When I got mad because it wasn't my fault if they lost the document she finally found a day. They told me you have to sty out of your home 2 nights BUT they couldn't tell me the time they will arrive and when I will be able to get back. I have 2 cats so I booked 3 nights in a pet motel because I didn't know at what time they will come. They started on Monday, I got a call last Friday to inform me they will arrive between 12pm and 1pm. They arrived at 11am, Ok not a problem I was available. When I met the person in charge he told me I can do the treatment for only 1 night and you will get your house tomorrow. Ok then sounds good even though I booked 3 nights I better be in my house than in this Pet motel where my cats was so scared. So yesterday Tuesday I got a call around 4pm to inform me it was OK I could come back home. But basically because at the office they told me differently I paid for 3 nights a this motel while I needed to book only 1.... THIS COMPANY IS REALLY BAD NOBODY CARE, EACH INDIVIDUAL PERSON I HAD TO DEAL WITH MADE A MISTAKE OR GAVE ME WRONG INFORMATION EXCEPT THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE FUMIGATION

This is the second time I've used Guarantee Floridian for termite infestation. They have the best price, show up when they say they will, leave the premises clean, and they don't sub out the work. Wouldn't hesitate to use them the next time the little buggers come back.

Everything went as expected from the estimate through to the work.  Everyone involved was professional, courteous, responsive and punctual.  Now I hope I have said goodbye to those termites for good!

My neighbor's house was tented by this company on 11/12, and the house still is not cleared. They failed to show up on time, failed to take the tent off on time, and failed to clear the house on time. The entire process took THREE DAYS. They would not clear the house after coming late to take off the tent, adding an additional day to the process because it was after 5:00 and God forbid any of them should work for a minute overtime. They failed to provide any accurate information regarding the safety of the neighboring houses. I called to see when I could let my cats out and could not get a straight answer.\ in the morning. When I called again at 5:02, I of course got an answering machine because God forbid anyone should pick up the phone after 5:00. I wouldn't use this company or any other pest control company that is still hawking toxic pest control when there are so many other non-toxic alternatives available. Stay away from these people and consider non-toxic alternatives instead. I use Alternative Termite Management, and have for years, which I highly recommend.

Back in May 2014, I decided to take control of my Lawn. It was full of weeds, bugs, and snails.
I called Guarantee Floridian for an estimate. I knew if I sprayed the outside only, bugs would start to come inside the home.
So, I then decided to do pest control on the inside of my home as well as the yard. They come on a bimonthly bases.
The Yard treatment is $75.00 bimonthly. The Home treatment is $75.00 bimonthly.
The initial treatment of the lawn and inside of the home was scheduled and treated on the same day.
The lawn technician came several time within the two month period to expedite the care of the yard at no extra cost.
It is now August 2014 and my yard now looks as great as a Golf Course and I can not find any bugs in my home.
Guarantee Floridian is a great company to work with and informative by the representative and staff.

We have been satisfied. We had termite tenting several years ago and that was a positive experience. We have been very happy with them. We pay bi-monthly for the pest control and pay a renewal for the termite service. They will treat anything I want. If I see any ants, palmetto bugs or anything else I can tell them and they will do whatever I want. It is all covered under one charge. They give service the way you are supposed to give service. We have never had anything above and beyond, but they have always showed up on time and done the job. He knocks at the door to make sure that if we are home he can ask if there are any problems. It is pretty much just good service, which is what you like to have. I have never had a complaint. I think their pricing is competitive with everyone else. I know there are people around who pay a little more and there are others who pay a little less; the pricing seems to be average. For what they do and for what they charge it seems to fall within a couple of dollars within everybody else.

NEVER again will I use this company!!! I am furious! They refuse to let me know when they're coming and I have asked them repeatedly. I have an ill, older dog and I HAVE to know approx when they'll be here. Animals have to be kept inside for at least 2 hours after service... I need to be able to get her outside before they spray! I have explained this repeatedly and they just refuse to give me the courtesy of letting me know when the technician will arrive.
One time the dog was outside when the tech came and he sprayed that poison AT her!
They don't listen and do not respect the customer.. .I refuse to deal with a company like that!!! If you have animals, stay away from this company!

A salesman came within two days of our first call (which we made based on the high ratings this company gets on Angie's list). He surveyed our house and confirmed that we had a problem with dry wood termites. He even found one in the door frame to show us!



He gave us a lot of literature we could read for ourselves. He reviewed our options: tenting vs. non-tenting. We went for the non-tenting and a technician came out within three days to carry out the procedure.



The technician (Erick) arrived early for the job. He was meticulously careful with the house and explained to a very high degree every step he took and why he took them in treating the house. He treated the attic as well as the wood where he suspected termites. He explained what benefits we had under our first year contract to make sure the house remained protected. He also left a lot of literature. He seemed very proud of the company's knowledge and work ethic.

The technician was polite and got the work done.
