Their scheduler Elena called me back within 5 minutes of placing my request. She made an appointment for me for later that afternoon. Oren, their repairman arrived well within the two hour window, looked at my dryer and diagnosed the problem- my belt broke. He had the party in his vehicle, an the job was completed while I excused myself to use the bathroom! So quick!! He tested my dryer and it worked fine. Extremely happy with Oren's service today! TEN STARS, not just five!

Of all the technicians I hired for repair, the technician from Five Stars Appliance Repair is the most honest and considerate person. He investigated and diagnosed the problem with the timer of my dryer. He checked the knob first and found that it was broken. I was delighted to find that the timer was not broken. The timer would cost a fee, should I have asked to repair it. After finding the cause of the malfunction, he worked with me to ensure that I will get the replacement knobs online, which are specific to my dryer, among many other knobs. The fee for diagnosis would be credited for future repair work. The technician didn’t waste his nor my time. He was a friendly, and competent repair professional. The assistant at the office was also supportive and flexible for my needs. I trust Five Stars Appliance Repair for the best customer service.

The woman that I spoke on the phone was extremely rude to me. She keep trying to me say something else was wrong with my washer so she can charge me more. She is really no having a good day.
