John and his crew are good guys.

Signed a contract and paid a deposit for hurricane impact-resistant windows with certain, relatively superior material specifications as opposed to the cheaper, poorer-performing, and thus the more commonly available type, especially in Florida. was repeatedly assured that the terms of the contract, including the required material specifications, would be fully adhered to. It turned out the documents filed for the city building permit application by FHIA were not for the product type called for in the contract, and the company refused to meet my product specifications, stating falsely that it was not possible after repeatedly telling me there would be no problem whatsoever; they also refused to significantly lower their price for the job so as to reflect the lower value of the inferior product they actually planned on installing without telling me. I wound up hiring a lawyer and got my full deposit back. Apparently, this is not an entirely trustworthy company.

Do Not Hire FHIA. They lied and mislead me, they have poor customer service and are not to be trusted. They take advantage of senior citizens. They are liars!
