Very professional and ethical. The company has a high moral compass and didn't allow me to have work performed which was unnecessary. Had small issue with a sink that was related but was resolved on same day the I called company. Quick, neat & a job perfectly done!!! The process from the beginning to the completion was very professional and the final project looks very good. Eduardo and his assistant were very friendly, went over all details before they started and when they were finished they made sure we were satisfied. Their work was very clean. Professionalism in every step! Great job!

Unfortunately I was not told their price before the plumber commenced work. I supposed if the leak was not fixed then the price should be adjusted. (Most of the other plumbers that were previously called performed trouble shooting without any charge). Eduardo with his companion had to drill into the wall and although we could see water seeping from the neighbor, he had no access to stopping the leak. Finally he wrote up a mighty bill double their usual price because according to him they work with the insurance. The bad news is that he gave me the bill to pay him. I objected to that anyway . He finally cut the bill in half which was still very high considering that the leak is still unresolved. Secondly all their sales talk was really not followed up with. Not only that they left some loose nuts while trouble shooting and did not respond to my call to come back and fix subsequent leaks as a result, another plumber who came to investigate the same leak did the left over job and tightened the loose nuts. . My advise to this plumber is to announce his fees upfront before making a trip and respond to follow-up calls.

Father and son plumbing was very responsive I explained to them what was going on and they sent someone out that very morning. Eduardo was the plumber that came to my house . He was very conscientious about working neatly and not tracking dirt into the house he had to come in and out of the wet shower and was careful about not tracking the dirt anywhere there either. I wanted to keep the cost down because in the future we plan on renovating that bathroom and didn't want to sink a lot of money into it for the repair. He worked very hard to keep the valve we already had and just make sure everything is sealed properly and that it wouldn't drip anymore and he was successful at that and keeping the cost down very low. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

All of the plumbers I've worked with a Father & Son (this is our second time using their services) are patient and professional. They listen and want to make sure they do the entire job.

(I want to note that we used Father & Son after using what felt like every plumber in town to find the source of the drain flies that had taken up residence with us. Finally, a plumber with Father & Son, who I call the Sherlock Holmes of Plumbing, found the source of the leak - the waste line in our kitchen. This meant dealing with insurance, pulling out our cabinets, cutting out the rotten drywall, and doing mold remediation. Once that was done, I called Father & Son again. It was finally time to replace the bad plumbing. Even though it was a different plumber, he used the same patience I had witnessed in Sherlock. This is the end of a saga!)

Spoke to Pete twice, and he was supposed to call me back to set up an appointment for the work to be done, but never did. When I called again, he was unapologetic and did not seem to want my business. Quite a pity.

Everything went smoothly, the men were prompt, knowledgeable and we would highly recommend.

I did a full renovation on my kitchen and hired Father & Son to install the new sink and dishwasher. During demolition, I ran into a few other plumbing issues that needed to be addressed(bad valve on hot water heater and an accidentally cut pipe). Pete and his team were available on short notice and were very professional. They also assisted me with filling out the permitting paper work for my city. The finished work looks great and everything is working perfectly. I would highly recommend and will definitely hire again on any future projects.
