 + -1 moreEverything went fine! Great customer service, with a beautiful and well kept store. It is so nice to go to a smaller, local hardware store, where you can get the help you need, rather than some of the larger chain stores. So, all good and I got the part that I needed. Thanks to Executive Hardware. As they say, "We deliver," and they did.
Description of Work: On this particular visit, I wanted to buy an adapter for my kitchen faucet, so I could attach a garden hose and water my plants. Living in the area, I have frequented this store for paint, florescent light bulbs, locks, etc. on many different occasions. Every time I enter the store, the staff is only too happy to help me find something that I need. Today, June 21, 2014, no less than three different employees offered to help me with the adapter. It was a little different, thus they wanted to make sure that I got the right one. Well, I got home, and it worked great. In addition, the young man who picked the correct part, he also showed me a board workup, that indicated the correct size needed for the particular adapter. He was a good guy and a credit to the business.
