"Hello {Member's name removed}, I am very sorry that you feel that your experience with us only rated a "D" rating. I would like to clarify a few things. 1. You delivered the items to us. We did not charge you to pick them up. 2. The items that you brought to us were all in very poor condition as was discussed with you at the time of drop off. 3. You approved your pricing in person after a thorough discussion of the condition issues (the bed was even missing parts). 4. If you were unhappy with the pricing you could have taken the items back. You were under no obligation to consign them but at the time of drop off you seemed happy with the pricing. The only unsold item is the bed. I am sorry that you feel somehow harmed by us, however, we have represented your merchandise as best as possible considering it's condition."

I will be sure to address that with everyone. While not a reasonable excuse, we have been short staffed in recent weeks. I would like to correct some misinformation in your post. 1. We do not determine the price for your items. We work with you to establish your initial pricing. We make suggestions based on our formula and previous experience with like items, however, are always open minded to your concerns. With that being said, if we feel that your pricing request is unreasonable, we will not accept an item for consignment. 2. We require photos of furniture and some other items in advance so that we do not waste your time if the items are something we would not have interest in. 3. We mail checks to consignors that are located 20 miles or more from the store. All others we ask to stop in to the store to retrieve their payments. I hope that clears up any incorrect information that the abruptness of our staff member may have created. We are hiring some great new additions to our staff and assure you that we will do everything in our power to assure that your experience is not repeated.
