Description of Work: Tech arrived. Barely looked at job. Then proceeded to describe cost. Tech indicated that he did not have the needed parts but that we could buy them at a local supply store. Tech then indicated that the final cost would be tied to size of his "Tip". We objected. When discussed with company they were very upset. We can not recommend this company based on our experience.

Description of Work: The coupon I bought only covered the usual $89 call out charge. For the plumber to step over the threshold began accruing charges - obviously if it's $89 just to call them, I can't afford their actual services.

Description of Work: The guy who was sent, Angel, was teriffic. However, I question the "Deal" that we got. We paid $49 for a plumbing service call and received a $50 credit toward any work done. Angel was here about 10 minutes. The cost for the simple repair was $180 less the $50 credit. So I paid $130 plus the $49 for the "deal" Had I simply called w/out Angie List or the deal, I would have paid $180. What's the "Big Deal"? I would point out that the receptionists that we dealt with in scheduling the call were great and the plumber came when they said. |

Description of Work: Special that I purchased said service call and one hour of labor. When the guy get here an hour late, he flips the switch to the des postal, then says $125.00 more is needed to unclog and get the disposal working. Charging me for labor again. Then says he needs a receipt to prove the Angie's list special said trip charge and an hour labor. I told him to leave, and 15 min later I did it myself with the Allen wrench. The big service technician didn't even smile, and acted arrogant. False advertising . I'm out $29.00
