Description of Work: Unable to set an appointment that would work with anyone who works a normal schedule. They do not set any non-weekday appointments. Wasted my money on the coupon that I will never be able to use.

I was disappointed.
Description of Work: Angel arrived on time. I was told he would be here between 1 and 4 PM. He came into my bathroom and almost immediately told me the entire sink would have to be removed to change the faucet. The approximate cost would be over $300.00. I told him I could live with the leak. He left..

Description of Work: They snaked the line from my washing machine and charged me extra for that. It did not work and when I called them to come back and snake it again they said it would cost another $160 so I did not have them do it. I am going to have my brother snake it with his snake.

Description of Work: They came and fixed a non-functioning toilet and installed an new Hose bib on the Southeast side of our home. Both jobs were done professionally, and with a minimum amount of disruption. Toilet now functions well and the new hose bib is not slowly leaking water.

Description of Work: They gave me a quote that we agreed apoun $550. In the middle of the job he said he had to add $130 for another 15 mins of work. He said he had to snake a clogged pipe. I thought that was re reason he was there and that what the $550 was about. Even with Angie's list you can still get screwed. BTW all the rating are low is because once you feel like you got ripped off giving a good grade is impossible.

Description of Work: i had a deal from here and they told me that it was no good after i just bought it and i could not use it then they wanted to charge me 350.00 to change out 2 bibs for the washer and dryer it was leaking and i told them that is so far in left left field and they not going to honor what i got off of Angies list.. I will never ever use them again
