Jhonnatan and his crew were excellent! Arrived right on schedule, were very efficient and fast! They were professional and easy to work with and they accommodated all of my requests. I highly recommend Bekins and especially Jhonnatan and his team in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area if you have moving needs!

We were worried after hearing mover horror stories. But every aspect of the process was excellent, from Mike, our sales guy, who was so patient with our questions and concerns, to the 3 packers who were so careful with our items, to the truck driver, Taz, and his wife, Barb, and their crews on both ends of the move. We had a piano I was very concerned about but needn't have been. It was packed, delivered and set up with no issues. Everyone involved was very experienced and professional. Communication was excellent.

Bekins took all the stress out of my move! With so much else to worry about, it was such a comfort to have such a professional company come in and take care of all my furniture. I had some heirloom pieces that were fragile, and they handled with care and efficiency. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone and use them again! Thank you Bekins!

I wish I could give 10 stars! I'm so glad I chose Bekins, they truly were spectacular. Marcelino was my main point of contact and he was there for me every step of the way, he's actually the reason I ended up sticking with Bekins. He was professional, informative, super detail oriented, and followed-up with me constantly to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Even the movers were outstanding! Just a great experience overall, they made my move a breeze. I will definitely recommend to anyone who asks!

I recently had the pleasure of using Bekins for my relocation, and I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service they provided. From start to finish, the entire moving process was seamless, efficient, and stress-free. They looked very professional, all wearing uniforms. Jhonattan, supervisor, introduced himself and did a walkthrough with me to ensure all my items were properly listed on the inventory. OMG! Mars from Sales, was super nice, patient and responsive as I contacted him multiple times with many, many questions! His offer including the packing service, but times are rough, so I needed to save a little and chose to do the packing myself. He even gave me 10 free boxes and tips on how to pack certain things!!!! I highly recommend Bekins of South Florida to anyone in need of reliable and professional moving services. Their dedicated team turned what is often a stressful event into a smooth and enjoyable transition.

This was my 23rd move from Florida to Las Vegas. I chose Bekins of South Florida for their reputation. WHAT A GIANT mistake. Evertbox was crushed to begin with. They sat with my goods in South Florida for approx 10 days before it hit the road. I am missing several items which they have shown NO interest in locating. I received a box belonging to another person. Now it has been over 2 weeks and a suitcase turned up that belonged to me but as of now, I have not received it. I get LOTS of apologies from Bekins which does not make things better for me. I highly do not recommend Bekins of South Florida to my worst enemy. This company appears to be super uncaring. I want my goods sent back to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is one company to stay away from First time I used them they stored my furniture for 3 months and when it came time to deliver to my new home they could not find the furniture in their storage building for 5 days. I guess I was a jerk and used them again 6 months later. What a mess. Don’t know where to begin. After they loaded the truck they handed my wife a document to sign. How do you decipher what you are signing when the furniture was already loaded 100s of line items and some was maked damage. If it was damaged they damaged it when they moved it out of our house. One brand new item was dragged and damaged and the brand new tile was scratched. They did not admit that they damaged the item. The lead had a bad back and could not lift anything so of course thing were damaged. Hate to say it but things only got worse from there when we tried to collect on the insurance that we paid for You have been warned. Use them at your own risk

Drivers on both sides were fantastic- Crews on both sides great but destination crew was literally the best I've ever seen- care for our belongings, amazing attitude, care for our home, great communication. Origin crew was great-managed well but a lot of guys and not so intuitive - Sales agent was correct on his communications up front and quote was accurate and moderate. Only issue was customer service didn't do a great job communicating with us or driver. Sales knew we would need a shuttle but no one told the driver until I talked to him on Friday before the Sunday move. We kept looking for updates prior and got... crickets. We had to chase communications last 2-3 weeks. But destination crew made up for entire process. Willy, Adrian and JJ - a small crew for our 3400 sq ft home plus garage, were so professional and calming. Our new house at 4,000' altitude with a difficult driveway- one single door for 3 stories and no garage- so our tools and garage cabinets had to go to the bottom floor- these 3 handled every step with poise like I've never seen. And they weigh probably 380lb between all 3 of them- amazing ballet of moving we witnessed, with smiles and light hearted humor- these 3 took a normally crazy stressful process and made it painless and a pleasure. My wife and I were so happy during and at the end of the move- can't this team enough!

Great Experience. Mike Titus and Bekins of South Florida were fair, honest and competitive with price. Very professional and personable service that I’m not used to in South Florida. They took great care of my belongings and communicated with me well throughout the process. I highly recommend Mike Titus and Bekins for anyone's move.

It stunk. Not honest. I would 100% not used them again. But they told me at last minutes they could not take my car with them. I had plan for this move. And had to wait an extra day for my car arrive. I had take my car to them and left it their. Plus , I had to pay for a cab to go back home.

Terribly. Almost a month and still don't have any of my things. Bekins moved our 2bedroom/2bath apt. We were quoted 2 weeks between Los Angeles, CA and Boca Raton, FL. We are currently paying rent on an apt that we can't stay in because our furniture is lord knows where. We are staying in a hotel and are racking up a bill unnecessarily. On top of this, we are staying in one room with our One year old son. I just want my stuff. If you read reviews on other sites you will see that once our things do arrive, for now its been a month and still nothing, that they will probably charge us extra to get our things off of the truck. IF our items arrive we probably will not receive everything and they probably lost and damaged a good part of it. Oh and they probably won't reimburse us for the damage. So I have no things and I have no hope for what will arrive if and when it does.

All expections were met! The individuals involved from sales rep, Mike Titus to the individuals loading, driving and unloading the truck were absolutely fantastic! Couldn't have asked for a smoother transition.

The packing and loading was great so I gave Bekins 5 stars on their page. I’d love to change that rating to minus 1 star but cannot locate a link. My goods were to be put on a truck and start their way to Philly on the next truck, next day according to sales rep. However, I was later advised they would be delivered when they got a truck! The contract timeframe was 2 weeks. I was told there was compensation if that didn’t happen—no compensation—no ‘how did we do’ calls—nothing! All I got was the runaround between my daughter, recipient of the goods, me, and various contacts at Bekins about when delivery could happen. Mind you, they didn’t meet the terms of the contract!!!! I have a much larger move planned in my future. Would I use Bekins of South Florida? NO WAY!

Bekins made our move easy. We had a piano that was very important and we chose Bekins because we believed that they knew what they were doing. We were right. Everything arrived in perfect shape. Chandler Morford was the agent and he was very professional and accommodating when we had to change our move date. Jhonnatan and crew took great care with our belongings. Highly recommend.

Outstanding. The crew was stellar. Couldn't have asked for anything better! Mike Titus handled the job and he was responsive, friendly and thorough. Our items will be coming of storage in about 5 months to be moved to our new home. I will be requesting the same team!

"We are very surprised by this review as we did not provide any services here nor did we even have an opportunity to personally interact with you. Our records show that you made an appointment with one of our estimators and when he called to confirm the appointment you stated that you did not want to be seen yet as you were not ready and would reschedule. We do not give pricing over the phone and we never even had a chance to have an appointment! We are very surprised at an F rating for not having ever even seen you at all with minimal interaction. We would love the opportunity to turn this into an A like the vast majority of our customers, if you would like to give us the opportunity to actually provide some services. We are obviously concerned that this is a legitimate review as we are not sure where the $1200 "price" even comes from. Please let us know how we can help."

They were horrible, absolutely horrible. Don't ever use them. I think their pricing was fairly competitive. But other than that it was bad. The sales guy was very misleading and just flat out lied. Mainly everything from the start just misleading and didn't go the way it was supposed to. The claims process was horrible.
