Alfonso made an amazing job with my sliding glass doors at home, after a renovation at home my doors were stuck and stones were on the tracks it was a real mess. I called Alfonso and I explained to him the situation he came and he make a very detailed work. I recommend his work 100% he was fast and awesome.

Thought I was having my sliding doors repaired. Didn?t know and wasn?t told each panel or repair was add on to be an add on to the $195.00 I was quoted. I would have liked my entire sliders working well as opposed to segments repaired. I?ll have the lock repaired in the future.

Alphonso was great from the get go. While others gave meva turnaround time of 3-4 days, he gave me a 1 day turnaround time to fix my windows and at a great price. He also gave me a 1 year warranty on parts and labor, which others seem reluctant to do. His tech showed up on time and did a great job. I know where to look for if I need a window job done. He said he was going to arrive several days and did not call or arrive when he said he was going to. Today I called him and he said he would be here in 1/2 hour and did not show up. Originally gave him $95 deposit and he cashed the check which was dated 2/11 made out to AM Windows and Sliding doors and he has not showed up nor has he called, I keep calling him.
