Always Green Sprinklers

The guys were very honest and straightforward.  Came in and found some hidden sprinklers and uncovered them.   Installed a few new sprinkler lines and heads.   The guys came out and did the work quickly.    Offered some suggestions on how to improve my system in an informative way.   Will eventually have them out to do more work.

All in all, it went very well. I had a minor emergency come up on the day the crew was scheduled to come. I called Phil and explained the problem. He said not to worry. The next morning, the crew came extra early so that I could review the job with them and still make it to my appointment on time. You don't find a lot of service people that will do this here in South Florida.

The crew arrived and got right to work. They first installed the tank and I provided them with the necessary chemicals. They continued by installing the new clock and checking all the sprinkler tubing and heads. As I had to leave, they were just finishing up. The crew was as friendly as always and cleans up everything when they are done.

Over that weekend, I noticed that the level in the anti-rust tank hadn't dropped as it normally would after a sprinkling cycle. When I checked the clock, I noticed that it wasn't programmed with the correct days to allow us to conform with the water-restrictions in Broward County. As I went to pull one of the pins to adjust it, it flew out of the clock and my hands and fell into an old pant bed. No matter how hard I looked, I couldn't find it! Panicked, I sent a quick email to Phil.

First thing Monday morning, he called me to verify the issues and told me he'd have the crew out that day. By the time I got home that afternoon, not only was the programming corrected and a new pin inserted, but they noticed a failure in the check valve which was causing one zone to be missed, and repaired it.

There is no doubt to me or my neighbors who also used Always Green Sprinklers based on our recommendation, that Always Green Sprinklers is a cut above so many other companies in South Florida. Whatever your need is, Phil and his crew will take care of it. And in the rare instance of a problem, they will go out of their way to take care of it.

Great service. A bit pricey. They round up to the price of a full hour even if it's 15 min over. Other than that they did good work.

Happy with Always Green.  When I called, I really thought the (15 year old irrigation pump 1/2hp) had crapped out. Phil was prompt with communications in setting up date and getting the info he needed before hand.   Day of..(2) of Always Green guys came out, and found out that the contacts inside the timer unit we're not connected properly. .. Within a short time, a few trips to the breaker box, and rewiring, and the pump kicked on without issue.   As it had been a while since the sprinkler system had run, not all nozzels were putting out, so the guys checked each in turn, replacing a few nozzels, and now the system works great. 
WHile I'd planned on a motor replacement, I was happy they did a good diagnosis first and saved me that unneeded cost. WHEN/IF the pump were to really need replaced, I'd definitely get ahold of this same company in the future.

They arrived on time and told me that the valve needed to be replaced.  A price was quoted that I thought was reasonable and they proceeded with the work.  Replaced the bad valve in about 30 minutes an my sprinkler system was up and running again.

The crew was amazing! On time, efficient & knowledgeable. 
Having just moved into a new home I was anticipating a minor fortune to get the sprinkler system up & running again and was incredibly surprised by their reasonable pricing.
Follow up - a couple weeks after the initial visit, I noticed that one of the sprinkler heads was not functioning. My call to Phil was quickly returned and the same crew was at my home that week to fix the issue at no charge. 
They were great to work with & I would easily recommend them to anyone in the area.

This time of year the company was really busy.  The result is that I had to wait 3 weeks for them to come out. I don't know what I would have done if this was an emergency.  But Phillip was very nice, came out when he promised and was very professional and totally fair in price.  I would not hesitate to use them the next time I have sprinkler problems.

Work was done fast, on time and at a fair price.  There were a few delays on our part as we were getting the site ready for them to do their work.  But they were patient and worked with us.  Highly recommend them for sprinkler service.

My husband and I are quite pleased.  One of the worst parts of living in South Florida is trying to get work done when someone says they are going to do it.  Prompt, efficient, professional & courteous.  I would definitely would recommend them and use them again.
