Our delivery windows range from 1-10 days, the same crew that picks you up is the same crew we want delivering you. We do not put you in a warehouse unless you are requesting storage. We do not use tractor trailers, we use twenty-six-foot box trucks. This will eliminate the need and cost of a shuttle. We do not use any third parties or any other moving company to assist us. "First and foremost, we are truly sorry for [Member Name Removed]'s moving experience. Denise spoke with [Member Name Removed] after she was picked up and [Member Name Removed] was happy with our crew. Denise also explained, albeit afterwards, that we had 2-crews that became infected with Covid and could not let them continue their route as they had to quarantine. Unfortunately, [Member Name Removed]’s delivery was delayed and she was not happy as she has 2-children. Denise and I are both parents with children and we are sorry, and we do understand. [Member Name Removed] agreed with the quarantine as she would not have wanted our crew to be around her children. Denise provided her cell phone number and stayed in continuous contact with [Member Name Removed] throughout her delivery to ensure our service was more of what [Member Name Removed] should have received. I discounted [Member Name Removed]’s balance due in the amount of $500.00 and did not charge her the $100.00 stair fee at delivery. [Member Name Removed] was very appreciative and thankful for our accountability as that is the reason why we were chosen. [Member Name Removed] stated that she would update the review and rating to show our efforts and her overall experience. "We are truly sorry that we were unable to service [Member Name Removed]’s move. Unfortunately, because of two of our drivers having to quarantine with positive Covid tests it made it impossible to guarantee [Member Name Removed]’s pickup dates. We are all experiencing a challenging time in this Pandemic era. Hopefully this will be over soon for everyone. Unfortunately, [Member Name Removed] is not alone in his experience with us having to make schedule changes due to Covid. There are even customers calling us to put their move on hold due them or their family’s contracting Covid. We wish that were able to give [Member Name Removed] more than two weeks advanced warning so he could have had more time to plan. Thankfully our two drivers and their families are fully recovered. We understand that we put [Member Name Removed] in a very difficult situation, and we are sorry.
