I understand that during your conversation with Denise on November 26, 2024, at 3:14 PM, you expressed that we did an amazing job but noted concern about the final cost. You also mentioned that you felt this type of increase could have occurred with any moving company, and we sincerely appreciate your honesty and understanding. That said, we were disappointed to see our rating lowered due to the cost aspect, especially given the quality of service you felt we delivered.
