My fridge decided I needed a baby pool in my kitchen, so it sprung a leak in the water filter casing and continued to **** water even after I turned it off and unplugged it and shut the water off. I called and had a gentleman out the next day. He didn't had to order the part so it took 2 more days to get it but was back and got everything taken care of 2 days later and it is working perfectly. The service was great. The gentleman was very helpful and got everything taken care of and cleaned up

Discovered my fridge/freezer wasn’t cooling at 10pm at night. Sent out a broadcast for recommendations and AAA Century was on the list. Put in an appointment request, got an early morning call back and they had immediate availability. Appointment coordinator and technician were professional and friendly. Will keep them in my “Rolodex” for the future!

Washington, our technician was a real pro and went out of his way to see that the appliances were fixed properly. He had to order a number of parts to fix the wine cooler. When one would arrive, he would come out and put it in then he would check back to see if that fixed the problem. He did this a number of times and other than the first visit, they never charged for additional service calls to fix the problem. Since the wine cooler was an obscure brand and there was little to no factory support he had to just try different part replacements till he found the right one. Can't say enough good things about AAA Century Appliance. Going forward, they will be the one I will call.

AAA Century Appliance Repair responded promptly to our broken refrigerator issue and quickly identified the problem. When a replacement part did not appear to be available locally, they failed to accept that and worked to track down the part needed and complete the repairs as soon as possible. The technician, Raul, was professional, courteous, and easy to deal with. I would use this firm again and would happily recommend them to a friend. Service was terrific.

The service man came the very next morning after the day I called to determine the problem and came back only a few hours later with the part and fixed it. He called prior to arriving and identified himself and was friendly, helpful and professional. I couldn't be happier.

Very professional company. The gasket removal and installation turned out to be a much bigger job than expected but they did it without complaint and without extra charges. They were neat clean and on time.

Called to schedule service (option 1), and waited 10 minutes on hold before hanging up. Called back and chose option 2 (order status) and was able to reach a lady who informed me they “are extremely busy”, and that I should call back and wait on option 1. Didn’t offer to schedule the appt, or to get someone who could; just call back and wait. Too busy. Meh.

I think this is the 3rd time I have used this company (once before for a washing machine and once before for this refrigerator). Recently I had noticed water on the floor coming from the refrigerator in our garage which is our 'extra frig'. Richard, the technician, found a small leak in a seal but after checking the cost of the part and labor, we decided that it wasn't worth repairing since it is almost 20 years old. Other things checked out fine and so I only paid the service call price of $19.99! Richard was prompt, courteous, and professional.

On the phone, the company technician expressed that it would be cheaper to simply buy the part that the break belonged to rather than to order the $5 part which would require a lot of labor to fix. That is professional. He then went BEYOND by giving me the part number to order. This type of customer service garners a new customer. Nicely done!

Both jobs were excellent. This is the third time I used this company to fix various appliances and they are professional, efficient and friendly. Their price is fair to me.
