The St. Augustine sod that Pats Nursery delivered was great stuff. I can't say the same for the Argentine Bahia. It was the worst sod I have ever seen and it became quite obvious that this sod had been sitting on the pallet for at least 3-4 weeks. It was so grown together that I could not get the squares apart and when I did get them apart, it literally destroyed the piece of sod.
I called Pat's Nursery and told them about the problem, and I was informed that they did not have any more Argentine Bahia but were expecting some in the next day. The new shipment came in late the next day and was delivered to me the following day. Needless to day, the "NEW' sod was not much better then the two pallets we originally received. It wasn't grown together as bad but it was so dry that it literately fell apart when you tried to pick it up. After the better part of 2 days of laying this sod, we watered it in and it started greening back up. Much to my dismay, it was loaded with weeds of all shapes and sizes, dollar weed, clover and several other weeds that I can't even identify. Now its all down and I have to deal with the invasive weed issue before it spreads to the rest of my yard.
The bottom line is, I will NEVER order sod of any type from Pat's Nursery again and would not recommend buying sod from there to anyone.

We couldn't be happier!  They did so much more than we expected and it really shows.  They took such care doing the job.  When they were finished, it was like it had always been that way.  I would most definitely use them again.

Delivery was good and on time.

We plan to have Pat's nursery do Spring planting and sod work.

I liked him and I used him. His pricing was average. I haven't used another landscaper.

Cut sod. Transplanted sod. Built dog bone shaped bed. Transplanted sago palms. Installed edging in several areas. Put down lava rock in several areas. Cleaned up. Looks good.

Grass did not take people were ver45y unproveshioal.

Everything went flawlessly with demolition, plant delivery and clean up. We are already planning additional landscape work.

I called Pat's Nursey and requested an estimate. Alan from Pat's came out and we discussed the project and Alan took measurements of the area. After a week or so I received a call from Alan asking us to come and see the design he came up with and to look at the plants. We rode around and looked at different plants and came to an agreement on what would look best and work in the space.
I had several phone conversations with Alan before the project began and Alan was very patient and understanding in dealing with all of my questions and reservations about using palms. We live in an area where not many people have palms in their landscaping but I trusted Alan and was anxious to see the final results.
I am more than pleased with the entire project. Alan and the crew from Pat's came on the day we agreed and worked until the job was done. The additional of these plants and lighting make an unbelievable change to the appearance of the home.
All I can say is that Pat's Nursery did an awesome job and I will definately reach back out to Alan in the future. I love to be in the yard and just watch people drive by and look. :-)

They are very dependable. They guarantee their plants for a year. When I was getting ready to put in my pool they advised me on my landscaping needs. They came out three times free of charge and were very informative.

Called to see if they could come 2/3 days earlier than scheduled due to bad weather predicted. Worked out well for us...they were there when expected. They were very professional and cleaned up after they were done.

Pat's Nursery has a wide variety of plants. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

On contacted this company based on Angie's List reviews. Unfortunately, they were not able to visit premises to provide an estimate.
Nor do they provide for annual maintenance contracts. They suggested I visit their premises and bring pictures and size of area to
be services, than they would make suggestions.
As such, my comments are not a reflection on their work or cost. Rather their were unable to provide services I needed.

Great job, great advice, fair pricing, healthy plants. Very satisfied. What else could a customer ask for? Alan delivered as promised.

Excellent! Pat's will honestly steer you to plants which will grow well in your area. I had been wanting to plant a certain type of azalea, and although they were perfectly willing to get me the plants and sell them to me, they cautioned me to be careful since my house is located in an area known to have a higher water table and the azaleas I wanted don't do well in that area since they don't like their roots to be wet. I appreciated the advice and asked them for alternatives and they showed me many other choices which were similar and we found one which is doing very well!

I called on August 3rd for a quote to perform mulching services. I called back and asked them to look at my magnolia trees while they were there to give me their opinion if they thought the trees were too close to the house. They said they would get to the house over that weekend and then get back to me. I haven't heard from them since.

Quick and efficient. The trees are still thriving.Pat's products are a bit more expensive than purchase at a Lowe's and Home Depot (hence my grade of B on price). However, you get what you pay for. I trust their work entirely. They provide good advice on landscaping and are knowledgeable about what will grow and what will not in northeast Florida. When they make an appointment, they stick to it.

They are a local nursery in the neighborhood. The staff is all friendly and they are very knowledgeable about plants. I will most definitely use them again.

I called this company after getting the name form Angie's list. While working in my garden, I broke through a main sprinkler line. Water was gushing out of the ground and I had to cut the water off to the house. I was frantically looking for someone to fix my sprinkler before we had to go without water for the rest of the day. I got a recording so I left a message explaining the situation. They never called me back that day. I guess the work was not "big" enough. I did get a call back two days latter. Perhaps if I had a large landscaping project they would have been more receptive. I ended up calling a guy who was recommended to me by another landscaping company I called.
