Great- very good communication and very efficient and skilled techs. Did not overcharge or up-sell, just explained the issue and took care of it at a fair price and in a timely manner. Would certainly use again.

The price was as expected. The Tech was very polite and knowledgeable- and gave me a complete understanding of what I was getting. The work went faster than expected and 2 months later, all is running great. PS- my electric bill went down considerably!

Everything went better than expected. Ken is extremely honest and never tries to upsell or "create" problems where problems don't exist. I've dealt with multiple A/C companies in the past, however I feel Ken and No Monkey Business display the highest level of integrity and fairness when it comes to repairing and maintaining A/C units. Although I'm not real happy with these builder-installed units, at least I have a "go to" guy when problems do arise. Thanks Ken.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He performed very comprehensive inspections of the air conditioning units in both our home and rental property. We will use No Monkey Business Heating & Air for all of air conditioning needs.

Couldn't say more about the responsiveness of this company. I purchased a diagnostic 'big deal' at 4:45pm on a Friday. I called the company at 4:50pm to see when they would be able to come out - appointment was scheduled for 8am the next morning. The dispatcher called back at 4:55 to say she had a tech that could be at my house in 30 minutes or less (he had finished a prior job a little early). I agreed and the tech was at my house by 5:30. Problem was diagnosed and fixed (very simple fix that could have potentially been much worse) by 6:30. Tech offered that adding 2 lbs (or units?) of coolant ($45 per) would make the unit run better than ever, but that it was not a requirement....said everything else about the unit seemed great. I was incredibly impressed that he did not try to sell unnecessary services or push anything at all. Problem was fixed and coolant was added and the entire process was finished by 6:45pm. From the dispatcher being proactive and and tech being completely professional - I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Ken was punctual and professional in diagnosting our Central Air unit. He was able to identify the and fix the issue quickly. He added 3lbs. Refrigerant r22 for $135.00. He also identified issues for concern regarding the improper installation of the unit. I will definitely use this business to maintain our unit as they were truly, "No Monkey Business!" We are VERY satisfied!

The technician came out the next morning after emailing on Sunday. He called before the appointment and asked if he could come 15 minutes early. It is nice to get someone who is courteous and on time. And he fixed the problem quickly.

Ken, came out to do a Diagnostics on my AC system, as I had added a Programmable Thermostat to my system and was having concerns with it not working properly. I was going to replace with another brand. Ken had suggested not to waste money for another product. He provide a straight forward no nonsense, recommendation found the AC was low on Freon and Also need a part replaced. Ken arrived in the time window I was given. After he ran water on the outside unit to cool it down, he explained why my air conditioner had died and replaced the outside capacitor. I had the unit serviced a month before and was advised that I needed to replace the inside capacitor but no mention was made of the outside one - I don't believe it was checked. I had the inside capacitor replaced as well. Ken advised me that I might get another year out of the inside one but I replaced it anyway. I had been given the impression that it would go very soon by the previous inspector, and the price I was quoted by Ken for both of them ($225) was lower than the quote I had for just the inside one from the other company. I was so pleased I also paid for a 1 year service contract. Ken was very honest and knew what he was doing. The prices were very fair. I would recommend him to anyone.

The technician was pleasant , informative, and thorough. He communicated well and arrived on time.

Previous to this, I had another company come out to do a leak test and, after charging me a pretty penny, quoted me a minimum of $600.00 to replace my evaporator coil. I contacted Ken to give me a second opinion. Ken came out and did an even more thorough leak inspection and determined that there was no leak at this time and suggested that the lower levels probably came from a loose valve cap which he tightened.. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and did a thorough job. He didn't try to upsell me on anything. It's hard to find that type of honesty these days. I would highly recommend No Monkey Business to anyone needing service or installation.
