Big Mike's was very responsive in getting to my home is a timely manner. However, after the fallen branch was removed from my Drake Elm, I asked about the condition of two other branches. I was assured they were fine and told to "throw some fertilizer on it." Both other branches fell within a short period of time. I was assured the stump was ground to a point where the tree would die. It not only has not died, there are eleven new oak trees popping out and growing all over the place. I have contacted them 3 times to rectify the situation to no avail. I would not recommend them.

Big Mike's Tree Service trimmed all of my palm trees in my front yard and took 1 dead tree down in my backyard they did a great job very responsible very quick cleaned up all the debris when done would definitely use him again thank you big Mikes tree service
