Noel showed up for the job on a timely basis, went directly to work on the computer he was very helpful with any questions that needed to be answered. II feel very comfortable with him in my home and found him to be very respectful. I would most definitely recommend this company and employee Noel Barcellos to my friends associates. Thank you. DC

It took him more than two hours to clean it up. I am very pleased and I will call them in the future if I have anymore trouble. They are very good at what they do. In a time when it is hard to find honest people this company is worth calling.

They only came out once, but they do the rest of the services remotely. I wish I would have had more time to talk to them this time around, but I like the guy that came out originally.

I purchased the Angie's list special for 2 hours of PC onsite repair or tune-up but was told that the technician was on vacation. I was asked to describe the issues I was having & was informed that they could take care of the problem remotely & was instructed to call Toni when I got home. When I called Toni she was very nice but was not available to help me. She offered to contact another technician to help me that evening and Ryan called me minutes later (this was around 5:30PM). It took Ryan over an hour to gain remote access to my computer & then another 3 hours to run all the scans he felt would get my PC clean of the viruses affecting it. Several times I noticed he was downloading some files to my PC & was told that he could not access the anti-malware programs from the internet, so he was dowloading the programs from his computer. As I watched throughout the night what was going on with my computer & noticed that he was not able to download the updated definitions for the malware detection program from the internet. It was after 9PM when Ryan called to tell me that he would still be working a bit longer but the good news was that the PC had been infected with numerous viruses but was now clean & running much better. The next day, my PC was even worse than before & was running even slower. I called a colleague of mine whose husband does some computer work on the side & arranged to drop off my computer for him to look at & see what he could do. I contacted Courtney Crine from Exclusive Technology to let him know how unhappy I was with the service & he had Toni call me. They offered to get their out of town technician to my house to help me with the PC & voided all the extra charges from my credit card (I was never given the total amount of the charges).  This is why I gave them an "A" in professionalism.  I told them that I had already contacted someone else & would let them know what happened. Luckily my colleague's husband was able to fix my computer. He found numerous viruses on my computer, including one or more that had affected my anti-virus program (Norton), which he uninstalled. I called Toni back to let her know what had happened with my PC as promised. Although they voided the extra charges & offered to send the out of town technician to my house, I would never use this company again. I am now left holding an Angie's list special for computer repair that I will never use & had to pay extra money to get my computer fixed.

I can not say enough good words about Exclusive Consulting.  They have helped me in the past and will continue to do so in the future.  Their reps are knowledgeable, professional and personable.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Hamilton showed up on time and went to work with my wife, getting all of her devices tuned up and operating to her satisfaction.  The he ran tests on our home wifi and noted that there were walls essentially blocking effective an signal from the location of the wireless modem.  Coincidentally, we had received anew modem from ComCast a few weeks earlier that I hadn't gotten motivated to take on the task of installing as I am NOT very computer/electronics literate.  Hamilton installed the new modem in a different part of the house where most of our wifi needs are, then he ran more tests and recommended a wifi extender to the other end of the house.  He happened to have one with him so we bought it and he installed it and then ran the tests again that showed a sigificant improvement in reception, so we now have really good upload and download speed throughout the house and the lanai.
I was very pleased with his manner, his qualifications, his expertise and his willingness to work with a couple of older folks that don't reallyn understand how all of this stuff works.  And he did it in the two hours so there was no additional charge above the Deal price (except for the wifi extender which was a very fair price and installed as part of the Deal).
I know we will have some sort of issue with our computers and iPhones down the road and the first thing I will do is call Hamilton.

Arrived on-time, charged me exactly what they said they were going to at the time of booking appt, they knew about a wide cariety of technologies, not just web design and computer but also phones and printers and online advertising. We will be continuing to work with this provider over the next two weeks to finalize website and will leave another review after work is finished completely.

       The people doing the service were great to deal with.They were efficient and proffessional.
One minor point of contention I had was with the way the bills are sent.Once I needed extra work done outside of the regular maintenace.I got an invoice on the computer for this work and the top of the invoice said that the balance was zero.So I did not check it further,until I saw  my credit card statement.They had charged my credit card,before letting me know the cost of the service and the zero balance was because they already were paid.It is a small point and I had no objection to the charge for the work done.I just like to know the charge when the work is done and get a better invoice which clearly states this .

He really knew what he was doing and got everything done. I would probably use them again.

I have had a lot of different IT people out over the years. These guys knew what they were doing, made a lot of recommendations, and gave me info I had never even thought about. I am looking forward to having them out several more times.
