The technician performed the clean up remotely. When he finished the speed of the computer was greatly improved.

Ken did an excellent job and worked very hard to get everything set up correctly

He found all the cables and connected system. Turned system on and verified everything working normal. Downloaded 68 windows updates. verified speed of cable modem.

Very worried that on a weekend, Saturday there would be no emergency service. Exclusive is closed.Tried to contact other computer tech companies for a repair. Just lucky one of the IT consultants from Exclusive after a short time did contact me and was available to do repair. Noel is excellent and had previously worked on my computer. Labor is expensive, particularly if it is an emergency, and had to purchase a new hard drive and software. It was an emergency and an excellent job was done. Took several hours. Very difficult though when I can barely afford this and did not expect this huge cost. Very happy though it is difficult to get IT consultants in emergencies and some don't come to your house.  I would have to pick up that heavy case and take it somewhere for repair. I don't know who they are. I am sad though the computer is almost year old. The hard drive is sent back to the computer company since it is under warranty I think they would send a new but would take some time. So wish they could give some credit on price toward the new one. Just glad Noel had a hard drive and that little backup so I don't have to use flash drives.  Excellent job. 

He played brilliantly, never giving up.  I didn't think he had a prayer.  I was fully prepared to have him reformat my C-drive and re-install everything.  But he was like a CSI agent.  He kept searching, probing, grabbing clues, killing pieces of the beast, until he finally found its heart and summarily dispatched it.  It was beautiful to watch!

The service was performed the same day as I made the purchase.  My laptop is older and has been running slowly and I wanted to see what could be done for a few dollars before I purchased a new computer.  They were able to remotely run some software and get my laptop cleaned up.  It is not like new which I didn't really expect but there is definitely a difference in its performance for the better.  They made other suggestions of ways to improve the performance but I did not do them due to the cost.  Very good experience.

The technician was wonderful, took the time to explain everything to me, and answered all my questions.

I had many problems in my laptop and he made sure everything was in tip top shape before he left. He even set up my printer so I can now print from my laptop and cell phone. Being disabled it is difficult for me to get around. No more having to go to the desktop to print papers out. He also explained to me why my new 4gb thumb drives wouldn't work in my embroidery machine. All was wonderful,start to finish. I will definitely call them anytime I have a problem, plus I got extra business cards to hand out to friends. He was on time, clean and neatly dressed and kept me aware of how I got the problems in the first place. He's also very smart. Thank you Aaron and everyone at Exclusive Technology Inc.

The provider was very professional. He called to let me know he was on the ay and arrived promptly. He was friendly and explained what he had sone and what was needed in addition to what was accomplished. I was very impressed and have purchased the montly maintenance program aas well as recommending him to our neighbor.

Initially the Tech. established a connection remotely. He was unable to do that normally, & had to do it in Safe Mode. However, he was unable to accomplish anything that way, & had to change the session to on-site. He was on site in about 30 minutes. Evidently my PC had been hit by a virus that affected a number of programs. The Tech was able to solve a number of problems, but not all. His recommendation to me was to reformat the hard drive. I did that the following day. All went smoothly, almost. After re-installing the Dell drivers that came with my PC, I was unable to get on line to complete re-installing my programs. I was unable to get help from Comcast nor Dell. 
I contacted Exclusive Technology Consulting on 3/7/2015, a Saturday, & the Tech returned first thing that Monday morning. He had me on line within 10 minutes & helped me install a few programs to make sure everything was in working order. My PC is working better now than it was four & a half years ago when I purchased it. 
I plan on purchasing their maintenance program in the near future.

Works great now--great service

I was not happy, not because he could not specifically identify the problem within 2 hours, but I signed up for a special they were advertising on Angie's List -2 hrs. Of service for $80. I found out later on that the normal rate is $40/hr.
Where is the deal??
I didn't get a good feeling that they really wanted to do anything but make money on running some canned diagnostics, and not really identifying the issues and resolving the problem.
Nice people but didn't feel I got my money's worth.

Chris was very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Suggested a plan for a quarterly service which we found would be very comforting in the future. He also cleaned up data which should not have been in the computer. He surely knows his stuff and we would not hesitate to  contact this firm again, assuming all their technicians are equally competent.

Due to staffing the provider cannot preform service. I have now requested a refund from Angie's List.

he was 30 minutes late but did make it up.  did a good job however when he was finished he did not check and I could not get my e-mail.  we did try over the phone to no avail and he did come back the next day.  said he would not charge and I told him why would he?  anyway he did get it started and I have had no problems since.  my only complaint was that he did not check his work to make sure all was working well.

Everything went well.  The technician was on time and prompt.  I would work with them again and would specifically request this technician.

All went well, computer now working perfectly. Very satisfied customer.
