I turned on the computer a week later when my grandson was over at the house.
Could not log in because the keyboard and mouse were not working.
Called and the manager told me that I would have to pay for another service call
for them to fix the problem.
THIS PLACE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.
THEY HAVE TO PAY ANGIE'S LIST FOR EACH REFERRAL AND THEY
HAVE TO MAKE THE MONEY BACK SOMEHOW.

"Prior to servicing the customer it was advised that reinstalling Windows XP on an older laptop was not advisable as it is no longer a supported OS by its' manufacturer and that he may possibly have driver related issues afterwards, customer insisted and so the task was completed to specs. Upon completion, PC worked without issues as he'd tested with technician to ensure functionality before closing out the job. A week later the keyboard and mouse on the laptop become unresponsive, which is unrelated to the original job performed and customer felt this should've been fixed free of charge. It was advised to him that as a separate and unrelated issue to the 1st job performed that he would incur additional repair costs."
