I hired Knox to do a roof inspection of a home that I was purchasing. Brandon came out when promised, did the inspection, and produced a report. No current problems were discovered although he did point out some areas that could be an issue in the future. There were no charges for the inspection. After I occupy the home I will use Knox to do any roof repair or preventative maintenance.

This is an excellent company with knowledgeable personnel and good leadership. The owner, salesperson, staff, and installers were all professional, courteous, and tidy. Their follow up was efficientâ and Brandon Tayler repaired a problem for me that wasnâ t even associated with the roof. A shout out especially to him for being so patient and going the extra mile! A solid, reliable company that I highly recommend!

I am totally satisfied with the job that was done by your crew including your carpenter. The crew was great to work with through to whole process. They did everything that you & I had discussed, kept me informedâ on the progress, & answered any questions I had on the job they were doing. They explained to me that none of the shingles that were removed were nailed in the 'nail strips' properly. They were able to basically tear off the roof by hand leaving very few nails to remove from the decking. I watched as they installed the new shingles with 5-6 nails per shingle as is suppose to be done. The roof looks fantastic. The place was cleaned up every evening & was spotless when the job was finished. You will be getting my recommendation to use Knox Services.

Chose Knox Services from the reviews provided by Home Advisor. Knox is far superior to another roofing company I hired in the past. Kohl Knox responded quickly to my call/text, met with me the next day and my roof was repaired within a day and a half of our meeting. Their people were very pleasant and respectful, explained what they had done and cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely be using them for future projects.

Knox Services came highly recommended from friends. We had local several roofing companies come to give us an estimate. Knox Services' estimate was SIGNIFICANTLY less than those we got from other companies. Their work was absolutely excellent: timely, polite, accommodating, no trace of dirt inside or outside the house after they finished, drywall repair looks amazing,... I recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever. You can not go wrong hiring them!

Did a minor roof repair at a good price. Very good customer service. Koh Knox did the initial assessment and gave some very helpful information regarding what was causing the problem and recommended some other minor fixes that needed to be done before it turned into a larger problem. Work was done promptly and on schedule. Would highly recommend them.

Koh Knox, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable. My roof had a small problem and he was honest about it, fixed the problem right then and didn't try to force me to replace my roof. I will hire him back to keep watch on the condition of my roof in the next few years. His rates are very reasonable, He's smart, kind, respectful to the people he meets and I highly recommend Knox Services for any roof problem you have.

I got estimates for my roof replacement from three different companies, and Knox Services gave me the estimate that is $1500 cheaper compared to the competitors. The job was done on the requested days and everything looks good. I will definitely ask Koh to do the job if opportunities come up and recommend this company to my friends.

They were very professional and very considerate of my daycare clients and the extra safety precautions needed during daycare hours. They also did a very thorough clean up job. Overall I was extremely happy with the roofing job done by Knox Services.
