I hired Kevin because he explained that unlike other cabinet refacing professionals he replaces frame as well not just puts laminate on top that peels in a couple of years. I got estimate from Home Depot , they charged more and wanted to replace only doors and drawers and put laminate on the frame. When Kevin told me he was gonna put new frame as well because he was trainer, and expert in this particular technique, I really liked his approach and I hired him. I was more than pleased with the result. My kitchen looks amazing and when I am away from home I would like to hurry to go home to see my kitchen again. He helped me to pick quality kitchen cabinet materials, work was done in 3 days as he promised.

After getting very pricey estimates for a whole new kitchen, we found the affordable option of refacing. The whole project took only a few days with minimal mess. We kept our previously updated and beloved counter top and backsplash and Kevin did the rest. In addition to simply refacing, he was able to resize two cabinets giving us room for a taller refrigerator and an over the range microwave with proper clearance. He had great suggestions and an "eye" for how things should look. We love the results! Our new kitchen is pretty, updated, functional and it did not break the bank. Kevin was super nice and friendly. Kevin did an amazing job updating my kitchen. It was like getting a brand new kitchen without the big mess and high cost. After seeing the professional job he did on my neighbors kitchen I called him for a quote and hired him on the spot. He was a big help when it came time for me to make choices for the cabinets and granite. He transformed my old cabinets into new and beautiful updated ones. The granite he found for me was perfect for my kitchen. George from Hudson valley granite in Wappingers Falls did the install and it turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone who is looking for a professional job done by a true craftsman who is passionate about his work. There were other things he did for me such as replacing ceramic tiles, cutting a cabinet above the stove so a microwave could be installed and a few other finishing touches to make the job complete. I am so happy with everything Kevin did for me and will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Kevin was amazing, my kitchen is beautiful. My advise to you is do not use the granite guy he uses ( George at hudson valley granite in wappingers falls) first problem they crack the original stone I pick and I was told he would get the same exact lot number. Ok I never got a chance to see the new stone in which I paid $1000 extra for because he said it was quartz which it is not it's granite. Next his workers damaged my new refrigerator door. He refused to pay for it so Kevin paid. Then the granite was not polished or sealed properly. They did not put the required silicone around my cabinets so they don't get water damaged. The seem has turned brown and it was installed in Dec. I called him he refused to call me back but sent a message through Kevin. Stating there is nothing he can do. Which is not true. I am now having another granite company fix his mistakes and will be talking him to court. So please save yourself the headache. Hire Kevin and get your own granite countertops.

My kitchen is now beautiful and at a price I could afford. Kevin did much more than just reface the cabinets. He did the complete project including some lighting. For me this was especially helpful since I find it frustrating to seek out different contractors for various small jobs. The only parts of the project which he does not do are the painting and flooring. The timing was hampered a little by inclement weather, but it was finished in acceptable time. I can't say enough nice things about the experience.

We hired Hudson Valley Kitchen Refacing to replace a company that improperly measured our kitchen and then damaged it in an attempt to install it. We could not believe the quality of work that Kevin delivered. To say his work was excellent does not do it justice. Within a few minutes he knew exactly what was needed to make it right.
