Matt and his assistant arrived on time and went right to work. They worked about an hour and presented me with the bill. Which was very fair. I highly recommend both of them

Dollard Enterprises was hired by Kitchen Solvers of Orlando to handle the electrical aspect of our kitchen renovation. First, Steve, the electrician, arrived to move some wires in the way of new drywall and install new ceiling lighting that was not included in the renovation contract. I was given a verbal quote of $1250 for the additional work I requested. Later, Kitchen Solvers presented me with a bill of $1820 ($570 above what I was quoted), which I foolishly paid in good faith, but asked for an explanation of the 50% overrun. Kitchen Solvers and Dollard Enterprises failed to provide any. Courtney, at Dollard Enterprises said their contract was with Kitchen Solvers and refused to provide an explanation even though the work was done in my house and I ultimately paid for it. I did find out I was charged for 3 pendant lights when only 2 were installed. Second, Steve returned after the new cabinets were installed, to install the wiring for the new appliances we ordered from Lowe’s. When Lowe’s came to install the appliances, their electrician stated that: 1) Only a 20 amp wire was provided for the cook top which required 40 amps. 2) The microwave and oven were connected to the same circuit instead of separate circuits as required 3) The junction box for the oven was installed inside the cabinet instead of recessed into the wall preventing the oven from sliding all the way in. 4) There was no junction box, nor wire extension installed as required for the dishwasher installation (also pointed out by the plumber). I reported this to Kitchen Solvers on February 12, but Robbie, from Dollard Enterprises didn’t show up until March 14 (ONE MONTH LATER). He told me it would cost another $300 to correct and finish the wiring! Meanwhile, we spent all this time without kitchen appliances. So instead, I paid Lowe’s electricians to correct the inadequate/incomplete wiring, but was eventually reimbursed by Kitchen Solvers.

On time, courteous and had a money saving solution. They do not give an Angie's list discount. We will call them for future electrical work.

Dollard showed up on time for the estimate and the replacement of the Breaker Panel.
The work was performed professionally.
The work area was cleared of any debris and returned to the initial condition.
Dollard was able to quickly replace the Breaker Panel so I could renew my house insurance.

I would use Dollard again and would recommend this business.

I was very happy with their work. They were here when they said they would be, they were reliable, and they were quick about answering my questions or fixing something that wasn't exactly right. I thought the price was quite competitive. I would absolutely use them again.
