you can not find a better a/c person than Matt , he is a pro who is honest gives the best service and great prices i have been using him for 3 years and recommend him to all my clients that come into where i work at babes hardware if is service, repair , or new install he is the only one i can feel good about passing his info on my name is al palma

Matt as usual came and fixed the leak in the coil, and saved me and my neighbor a lot of money. Matt is an honest contractor which is hard to find these days. He has never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, which is way different than the other air conditioning contractors I have personally dealt with. Would recommend strongly.

Sorry I hired them. A/C was fine, only needed cleaning. He disconnected my float switch and said he would call me next day and replace it....never did. I had to call another company. Drain line was plugged and part was ok. It did its job. Almost flooded me out because he disconnected my float switch in the 1st place. Save your money. Pick another company. Paid him $70.00 and he did nothing.

Arrived on stated time (Big Plus!!!) and explained what he did and made recommendations. Great qualities in a service oriented business. Highly recommend them for your AC needs.

Quick diagnosis and speedy repair.

This was an unexpected / unplanned expense. My 3 bids yielded Artic Fox's bid of much less than I anticipated. His low bid plus exemplary service and nationally advertised system was indeed welcome. I have placed his business on our 450 member community's blog as highly recommend and will definitely call him again when needed. He is a tribute to Home Advisor service.

Out for 4 other "pros" that I was sent, Artic Fox called AND came for the appointment he made. The were also on time for the install appointment and did a super job. Actually I also will hire them to take care of my AC system. They did a great job on the dryer vent install and were very professional and pleasant to talk with, very helpful !! Very responsive and completed the repair. The part was under warranty but had to be ordered so it took a few days. Would have liked a little better communication about return date/time to complete repair and should have shoe coverings when entering the home. Considering part was free, labor cost seemed a bit high. That being said we were satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to try them again.

The job was done smoothly and professionally, prompting compliments from the city inspector. Mark arrived promptly and quickly identified my problem with the air handler. He explained all the issues clearly and offered some very helpful maintenance procedures which would extend the life of my AC unit. Arctic Fox Cooling is a must call when having AC issues, I would recommend them to everyone I know and they will be my AC guys going forward.

Prompt, courteous, professional. I had a leaking air handler, which was a clogged drain line. Matt went over the whole system inside and out, as my concern was the possibility of water damage from being backed up. He didn't try to sell me on a new system, although mine is well past it's prime. He did give me a best guess as to replacement cost, which I wouldn't hold him to. The "guesstimate" was quite a bit less than I had previously been given by another company. I'll call this company when the time comes to replace my system.
