Since 2009 my goal is to remain a small, high quality operation that delivers competitively priced premium service to Sarasota and Manatee County residents. Services provided include: Carpet Cleaning, Tile/Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Leather Furniture Cleaning/Conditioning. & Outdoor/Patio Furniture Cleaning. When you hire me to work in your home, I am there to get the job done right... not a laborer or trainee you have never met. I am a IICRC Certified, Registered, & Insured Trades person. I personally perform all work using the latest techniques with clean state of the art equipment.

It was so enjoyable to see the results of Leonard Alese's work. The tile cleaning we hired him to do could not have been any better. Mr. Alese is professional, knowledgeable, goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the result, friendly, and likeable. He is the boss, not just a hired hand, so he knows what he is doing. He also goes the extra mile. When my husband left dirty footprints on the clean rug, he brought the equipment back in and cleaned them up. Very pleasant and professional.

Leonard arrived a few minutes early which in my book is a good start. He cleaned a sofa and a love seat. He was careful when moving other pieces of furniture and he covered the floor with plastic before beginning. He spent time addressing spots that I pointed out. The furniture looks good and the price was reasonable.

I had 4 area rugs clean the lightest looks worse than before and still has spots that I will have to clean it again. Spot cleaner that was used has left rings,
