Len is a consummate professional. He did little touches one wouldn't expect (or notice, maybe) that I certainly appreciate. He showed up exactly at our appointed time (have bedrooms done early in the morning, so the carpet can dry before you need the room!) and did an EXCELLENT job on some very difficult stain areas. We had two upholstery chairs and matching sofa of a light weight color over 20 years old, these pieces have become thoroughly soiled and really needed attention. We didn't want to replace them as they are so comfortable. We were skeptical as to whether or not they could be revitalized but we thought it was worth a try. Leonard did a spectacular job, all three pieces look almost new. (Very surprisingly considering the light white color of the upholstery.) His pricing was very fair. The work was so well done that we asked him if he could do the family room rug which also needed cleaning. He did this as well for a small additional charge. We would strongly recommend Leonard and plan to use him again in the future.

I had Leonard clean the carpets in a rental I am trying to sell. After seeing the carpet after my tenant moved out, I just knew I was going to have to pay the $1600-$2100 I was quoted for new carpet. Realtor suggested having it professionally cleaned first. I was NOT hopeful. Leonard did an outstanding job and when potential buyers see my place, I don't think the carpet condition will even be an issue since they look so good. HIRE HIM!!!!

Amazing results! Tile and grout look "as new" and the carpet is better than I expected. I just purchased an old house from a 91 year old man. The tile is as clean where he constantly walked (and spilled) as it was under a shelf that hadn't been moved in years! Carpet "paths" through the house are as clean as the closet floors. Great price, very highly recommend.
