Since 2009 my goal is to remain a small, high quality operation that delivers competitively priced premium service to Sarasota and Manatee County residents. Services provided include: Carpet Cleaning, Tile/Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Leather Furniture Cleaning/Conditioning. & Outdoor/Patio Furniture Cleaning. When you hire me to work in your home, I am there to get the job done right... not a laborer or trainee you have never met. I am a IICRC Certified, Registered, & Insured Trades person. I personally perform all work using the latest techniques with clean state of the art equipment.

I chose Leonard to clean my ceramic tile and grout based on his HomeAdvisor reviews. I was not disappointed. He gave us his cost estimate the day I submitted the request and did the project that same week. He did an amazing job! I plan to use him again!

Shortly after completing my request for quotes, Leonard quickly scheduled a time to meet me at my home to give me a quote to seal all of the grout in my newly constructed home. Not only was he right on time, but he was able to schedule the job within 3 days, since I was on a tight schedule to move in that week. Leonard did a wonderful job, at a much lower cost than other companies. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a qualified sealer.

Leonard was a pleasure to have in our home. His work is professional, his manner polite and the way he went about his work and the results were outstanding. Badly soiled carpeting in our highest traffic areas look like new again as does the tile and grout in the kitchen, foyer and halls. We cannot recommend Leonard Alese Floor and Upholstery Care highly enough.
