Leona Carpet, Tile, & Upholstery Cleaning

We used Leona a few months ago for our couch and loved it! We hired her again for our carpets and rugs!! They are like new!!! She is yet again amazing. I would recommend over any other cleaning service out there. I have been in real estate for 10 years and this is the best clean I have seen vs any other bigger names companies and will recommend over and over!

Needed to have some upholstered furniture cleaned so did some online research and read the favorable reviews of Leona's Carpet, Tile & Upholstery Cleaning, Inc. Contacted Leona and was pleasantly surprised at how soon she could take on my project. After cleaning a couch, chair, ottoman, and recliner, I asked her about an area rug. She felt it would look better after a cleaning so the project expanded. She successfully completed the project, cleaned up afterwards, and did so at a affordable price. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Leona was on time. She explain to me everything that she was doing to the carpet. I have never had the experience of being comfortable with a worker in my home, but with Leona I felt very comfortable/pleasant conversation. Our carpet looks great, my husband when he got home gave the carpet a thumbs up! Lenny was very responsive to our inquiry and offered a very reasonable quote. Lenny called to let us know he was on the way and arrived as scheduled and was at work quickly. He was very thorough and made sure he got into every corner he could, going beyond any other carpet/upholstery contractor we have had previously. We have pets and Lenny did a great job cleaning our sofa and made time to nicely clean kitchen chair seats. Lenny took the time to do the job right. No rush and done. We were very happy with the results and will have him back when we need floor/upholstery cleaning in the future and we highly recommend his services.
