Since 2009 my goal is to remain a small, high quality operation that delivers competitively priced premium service to Sarasota and Manatee County residents. Services provided include: Carpet Cleaning, Tile/Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Leather Furniture Cleaning/Conditioning. & Outdoor/Patio Furniture Cleaning. When you hire me to work in your home, I am there to get the job done right... not a laborer or trainee you have never met. I am a IICRC Certified, Registered, & Insured Trades person. I personally perform all work using the latest techniques with clean state of the art equipment.

Leonard arrived right on time. He cleaned (3) bedroom carpets, (2) area rugs, (2) couches, and (2) bar stools for us. He took his time and did an excellent job. You could see he takes pride in his work! I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone.

This was the first time I had hired someone to shampoo my upholstery so I didn't know how it was going to turn out. I had just finished having new hardwood floors installed and didn't want any water slouching around. Leonard arrived on time and immediately got to work, first by putting protective covering on the floor, a thorough vacuum job before the shampoo, spot cleaning, etc. When he finished, I was amazed. He brought an 18 year old, white sofa and love set back to life! A true professional.

Timely, friendly, skilled, and very professional. Lenny worked on refinishing our marble vanity and marble countertop. Mr. Alese cleaned the carpet on our 41 foot boat. I thought it would be impossible to get the stains out. He brought it back to life! It looks brand new! Great Job...great price...I will recommend him without hesitation....

I had a small time frame in which to have the carpet cleaned . It had been done improperly in the past and being berber not an easy task . Leonard promptly returned my call even though it was early evening and came out on Sunday to get it done. It looks almost new and because the stains were cat related not an easy fix .Great service and I would recomend him to anyone .
