Since 2009 my goal is to remain a small, high quality operation that delivers competitively priced premium service to Sarasota and Manatee County residents. Services provided include: Carpet Cleaning, Tile/Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Leather Furniture Cleaning/Conditioning. & Outdoor/Patio Furniture Cleaning. When you hire me to work in your home, I am there to get the job done right... not a laborer or trainee you have never met. I am a IICRC Certified, Registered, & Insured Trades person. I personally perform all work using the latest techniques with clean state of the art equipment.

Lenny did an outstanding job on our carpets and was a real pleasure to work with. He was friendly, punctual and very professional. He clearly knows his work and went out of his way to explain exactly what he was going to do - and how - before he began. I would (and will!) hire Lenny again in the future.

He was on time, warm and personable. He was professional and got immediately to work. This job took from 9 a.m. until about 2 p.m. and he never let up. He cleaned three bathrooms including the showers, kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room and laundry room and two hallways. I would not hesitate to hire Leonard again. I appreciate a strong work ethic by someone who is not only professional but also moved the furniture and put it all back. WELL DONE, Leonard.

Mr. Alese did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable about the cleaning products and methods required for each job. He was professional, both in his manner and appearance. He presented us with a written estimate of the work to be done and was very accommodating when we requested additions to the original agreement. His pricing was very reasonable and everything was spotless when he left. We will definitely hire him again for any future cleaning needs and will not hesitate to refer him to our friends and neighbors.

Great but he showed up an hour early and left a card in the door as I wasn't home from work yet. He said appt was at 9. I don't get off until 9:30. Appt was for 10:00. He came back once I called him.

1. The owner did all the work himself - no employees. Did not rush - spent 3-4 hours. Did an excellent job on spots as well. Very pleasant, punctual and easy to work with. Would definitely use again.

It went great. Leonard arrived on time and was both friendly and professional. His equipment seemed very professional and well maintained. He worked with a sense of urgency but was very thorough. The carpet in the house looks great as a result of his efforts.

Excellent! Leonard was punctual, explained what he would be doing and why. Meticulous in all aspects. Totally commited to customer satisfaction. As a rule I don't bother to supply ratings but he was so good I felt an obligation to do so.

Lenny is amazing. He is one of the nicest and most genuine guys I've ever met. And on top of that he is amazing at what he does. We had other people/companies clean the carpets and wax/polish the the lobby and they were unable to to get stains and darkening out. When Lenny was finished the carpet and 30 year old lanolium looked new. He put in the extra work to get tough stains and dark spots out. I've referred him to many others in our church for carpet, hard floors, and upholstery, and every single person has said he's done an amazing job. Lenny Alese is the man!

Very smooth operation.  Lenny returned calls promptly and was right on time.  Staff was not inconvenienced in the least and Lenny went the extra mile and one have and dusted heavy fitness equipment and computer equipment that could not be moved off the floors.
