Advanced Air and Heat

They were very nice, clean, and on time. They checked their work and were reasonably priced. I have used them for all A/C service in the past including air duct cleaning and have been great.

I use them to service our heating and air whenever we need it. They were out last April and they did a yearly check up on my generator, heating and air. They are always there when we need them and they are very professional.

Called owner Mike Jolley at about noon on a Friday when our a/c unit quit blowing cold air. 30 minutes later the service tech said the 26 year old unit had given up the ghost,but he would try to make it jump itself. He had no luck. Called Mike back who recommended replacement due to the units age. We agreed, and said we understood it was Friday afternoon, so when could it be done? Mike told us not to worry, Joey Galbraith and a crew would be there in less than an hour. They arrived, removed the old unit, replaced all the duct work and had the a/c working that evening. Joey apologized that they had not realized the requirement of adding a dedicated circuit and heating duct work for the heat pump so that aspect of the job was not done. When we got up Saturday morning all the old duct work as well as the old ac unit was gone, the new electrical work, new duct work complete, and our new Crane heat pump purring like a kitten.

They did a beautiful job. The experience has been good so far and we are due to have our air conditioning checked again because it has been a year.  They are very good and excellent. Their price is excellent as well. 

They do good work. They come on time when the appointment is. I have a yearly checkup and it is reasonable. It is only $18 to check the system. I've dealt with them for quite a while. They have put in two air conditioners for me.

They came out first to look at the old system for a service call and then they gave me a quote for a new one. Once I agreed to install a new one they set up an install date. When they came back they were here on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were very nice young men. I was very pleased and impressed.

They came out to look at our AC. It needed a part and they put a new part in. It didn’t cost us anything since it was still under warranty. Then they came back the next day to check and make sure that it was cold. They also followed up on the third day to make sure everything was okay. That was when it was really hot in Florida and they were very customer service oriented. I would tell others that they are very fair and honest. I would definitely use them in the future too.

The crew worked very quickly. They were gone two hours after they arrived. Both were friendly and professional. I asked several questions which they took time to answer in a way that I could understand. The technician installing the heat pump attached a shroud that connected the heat pump to the house, thus ensuring a proffesional look and sealing the ductwork.
The technician who power cleaned the ducts cleaned up afterwords.
He worked with my wife and me to make sure that we both understood and were comfortable with the entire unit's operation.
We are very pleased with the job.

The estimator was on time, knowledgeable, & honest. He gave us all available credits & discounts without being asked. He did not try to over sell us. Installation was done as scheduled. in a thorough & professional manner. Unit is working great.

He repaired the a/c as agreed. He said the parts were under warranty. It broke again three days later. When I called and told him we scheduled a time for him to do his warranty work. He didn't show up and now won't take my calls. The only things he did right was show up on time for the repair. The one he got paid for. Unacceptable and unprofessional

If you call them with an emergency anytime, day or night, they will come. The people are always clean, pleasant, and polite. They know what they're doing. I think they are the best air conditioning group in the area, and I have been here for years.

They installed a new thermostat but did not service the system to make it operational. (They did not send a bill for forty five days.) Not knowing what the charges I had to call them back to make the system operational. I was charged a second time for something that was supposed to solve the problem. It did not. The system still did not operate and I had to call them back two days later and was told it was a different problem. When I disputed the bill with the owner he called me an "idiot" because I said I would not do business with them again.
