Description of Work: Very trustworthy - at Kelly's, they don't fix it if it's not broken. Priced very fair, lower than most other places. High integrity and care. Explains exactly what conditions are and why something doesn't need replacement. Quality is great. Anything wrong or questions or if you just suspect something is wrong - call Kelly or Justin and bring the car back. Any adjustments necessary will probably be made at no charge. Finally - I have my own mechanic now... live long Kelly and family (it's a family business).

Description of Work: I use Kelly's Auto Repair & Service for auto repair. He was supposed to put an oil transmission cooler and the vehicle already had one and I didn't know that.

Description of Work: We had AAA tow the vehicle to their shop for repairs. They called and said they preferred NOT to work on the 1994 Dodge Caravan because of extensive oil leaks. We then had AAA pick up the van and take it to Double D auto repair in Ocala.They identified the problems and quoted us a price of $800.00. When we picked up the van, Double D had replace the timing belt, pulleys and replaced the seal that was leaking. They saw the V on my drivers license that identified me as a veteran, and gave me a 10%(80.00) discount, Final price was $720.00.

Description of Work: Had a funny noise in my car that seemed to get louder and louder as time went by. Kelly found that the baffle under my car was dragging. Also my car was low on transmission oil. Both were quickly taken care of and I was on my way. Price was more than fair. Staff are friendly and helpful. Kelly is a kind, caring, and a very honest man. I would recommend him to any of my friends.

Description of Work: After having an estimate from a local Honda dealer, we decided to check out Kelly's which was close by where we live. Our original transmission was failing and needed replacement. At the same time, we needed a catalytic converter.

Description of Work: Had trans service twice on two different cars. One a Honda and they used genuine Honda fluid, a must for this car.

Description of Work: I had been referred to Kelly's by my son-in-law who had a lot of work done on his aging business truck. Kelly had always been able to get his truck running without breaking the bank. When i needed an oil change I decided to get it done at Kelly's rather than go all the way into the Ford dealership. Our car is a 2006 Mercury Marquis and I wanted it serviced properly. While waiting for the repairs to be completed I passed the time reading on my Kindle e-book reader. When the repairs were done I did some shopping and I soon got a call on my cell phone. It was Kelly's wife. She said that I left my Kindle at the repair shop and she asked where I was. When she found out where I was she brought the Kindle to me. This is the kind of honesty that went beyond the normal. She could have told me to come in and pick it up at the shop, but instead she brought it to me! This was the first time I took my car to Kelly's. Since then my husband's truck has needed repairs and Kelly did the repairs at a reasonable price. We feel totally comfortable taking our vehicles to Kelly's and will continue to use this company whenever our vehicles need repairs or servicing.

Description of Work: This is the shop we had been looking for! We are so happy with Kelly's Auto Repair & Service, where we have been going for over a year, now. Yesterday I got a nail in my tire. We pumped it up and drove in this morning. We dropped off the car and picked it up about 2 1/2 hours later at no charge. He simply said he appreciates our business. Our 11 year old car has not needed a lot of repair (Praise The Lord) , but each time, Kelly and his staff have diagnosed it properly and professionally. Once I brought it in to drop it off for a battery we had to have AAA start. He stepped outside with us and checked a few things, and pointed to an electric seat button that was wedged into the on position. He flipped it, resettled it, and sent us on our way. Of the few times a true repair was needed, he repaired it correctly and honestly, and no further problems appeared afterward. When we broiught it in another time, he was able to instantly recall our car's history; he knew exactly what had been done in the past without looking it up in the records, and he fixed it affordably for us. His prices are always fair, everyone there is friendly, and we have always been pleased. I have heard good reports from others, as well, regarding this shop. I must give Kelly's my highest recommendation.
