Excellent. The pump wasn't the problem. It was the seal allowing air into the lines. A minor, quick, and inexpensive solution to the constant whining in my steering. Kelly saved me $300 on something I did not need that was overlooked by 2 other local mechanics.

They did follow up with me. They were efficient and proficient. Friendly workers.

The work was done promptly and the price at $70.00 was good. Afterward, I noticed that I was missing a lug nut and thought that they may have failed to properly tighten the lugs. When I went back to the shop to ask about it, they said that they had also noticed the lug missing and knew that it was on the right front. I told them that I wished that they had told me that at the time of the vehicle work and they agreed with me. To make it right, they secured a replacement matching lug nut from a local supplier and installed it free of charge. I felt that this was a superlative example of satisfying a customer and I will use this shop again.

The catalytic converter seemed a little high, but overall it was good service. Kelly and his team were great to talk to and work with.

I went in for the oil change and told Kelly I had water coming in on the passenger side under the dash. He got the oil changed and unplugged the hose for the AC and only charged what he quoted me for the oil and didn't even try to jack anything up for the AC problem. I'm new to Florida so this only the second time I've been there but it will not be the last!!!!

Kelly's Auto Repair and Service has serviced my car and done some tune ups too and he has done very well. He is very honest which is unusual in car repair and he does good work.The quality of work is excellent.

He seems right along with everyone else. He just checks out the car and doesn't even charge him.

The estimate from the Ocala Honda was approximately $7000, Kelly's estimate was approximately $1200 less!All personnel were courteous and professional. Work was performed on time. One year later...Honda is still going with approximately $230000 miles accruing .We would definitely recommend Kelly's for all auto service. We will be scheduling a complete tune up in the near future!
