Fantastic. I've been in the home just over a year. This was the second time I've used Stevens. Last year I had them in to clean up a disaster created by a different company. Was so happy with that work I called them again now for further work this year. I basically had them pull out all the trees and shrubs in front of the house which were in bad shape to prep for some repairs I need made to the home, and after that we'll be painting and we'll re landscape. They also trimmed four tall palms out back. They are prompt, do great work, and I think very reasonalbe. They showed up both time with 4 trucks, full crew and were done the entire thing in a hour. They clean up, rake out beds that they did stump grinding in... Picked up every twig and used a blower to clean up any sawdust. I could not ask for anything more.

Bob and his crew were fast, efficient, pleasant and punctual. He has provided us a much larger backyard to landscape and beautify. They did a great job and we are very happy with the results. We will recommend Steven's tree service at every opportunity and plan on using them again ourselves in the future. Provided we are still here after the Mayan Calender prediction for 12-21-12.

Great. We were very pleased with complete job.

They arrived an hour earlier than estimated and worked quickly, with a team of about 6 men. They did a very good job with the trimming and an excellent job of cleaning up all the debris before leaving.

We were going to use Stevens Tree Service but he did not have any equipment that could reach our Washatonians. It happened that within a few days of deciding to use them our neighbor had their trees trimmed with a company that had a bucket truck. The other company's quote came in lower and since they had the equipment, we went with them.

Late one evening, I happened to see that one of my trees was splitting and in danger of falling. I left a message for Stevens early the next morning and received a call back from Bob within 10 minutes. He visited my house within the hour to give me an estimate and told me what I had to do to get a permit. The workers showed up when they were supposed to. The work was completed within the timeframe estimated. They cleaned up the area extremely well. I would most definitely recommend them and would use their services again. Thank you to all who helped.

After getting several estimates that were too high for having our palm trees trimmed - I contacted Steven's Tree Service. I explained to the lady on the phone that it seemed as though everyone had a $300.00 minimum. Ken's Tree Service was honest enough to tell me so over the phone without wasting my time. Of the other two guys that came out, one tried (unsuccessfully) to justify the price and the other just scribbled "300" on the estimate sheet and handed it to me. :( So I told her that if it was going to be $300.00 that I would just call Ken's back because they are local to me. She couldn't give an estimate over the phone, which I understand, but I didn't have to be here when they sent someone out. They came in at $240.00 so I went for it. I am SO GLAD I did! They scheduled me quickly, called to confirm, showed up when they were supposed to and did the job quickly. The trees were a mess when Steven's Tree Service arrived after having not been trimmed in over a year. When those guys were finished the trees looked PERFECT and the yard looked like they were never here. I still can't believe what a great experience that was! I highly recommend Steven's Tree Service! We will definitely be calling them again for our trimming in the future.

A team of seven men showed up promptly, as agreed, and worked nonstop or hours until the job was complete and clean up was perfect. It was a demanding job due to size of limbs involved and buildings and fencing that required protection from many falling limbs. teamwork was exceptional and well coordinated. It was impressive. It was a massive job requiring extra equipment ( very large stump grinder). All of the workers were courteous and professional and the Supervisor answered any and all questions I had during the job.

If I could give a higher grade I would. Bob was professional and courteous, and went way above and beyond with customer service. I had 7 trees removed and this company was completely finished in my yard in about an hour. Everything from the estimate to the clean up and follow up was on time, professional, and better than expected. They cleaned up all their mess, they all wore shirts, they protected my windows from debris, and they even swept my patio off (and I don't think it was their dirt!). Bob was kind enough to give me tree replacement advice as well, and even came to check my replacement trees on his own time when his company had nothing to do with them. I wish all service companies were run like this one. They made me VERY happy.

They were fabulous. I was not here when they did it and I was not really quite satisfied with the job they did. So I called them and they were back within three days. They went the extra mile and didn’t charge me anything. They were very sorry and apologetic about it. They showed me that they did exactly everything that was written except that the man told me orally that they would do certain things which weren’t on the work order, and so they didn’t do it. They didn’t argue about it. They just asked for the ladder and they went up and took care of it. So they came back and worked for another hour or an hour and a half. They came in with eight men. I have a big property and so they were in and out of here in probably three hours. They ground the stump to the street level and they have the big grinder. They are the real deal. The workers that showed up were terrific. They were great. There were no complications at all. They were all terrific guys. They are very competitive in terms of price. Their quality of work was excellent. They cut down a diseased tree and that could spread the disease to the next tree. They cleaned all their equipments between cuts and all that sort of things. Their responsiveness was perfect. They told me that they would be here at 2 o’clock on a Wednesday, and they were here at the same time and on the same day. I will use their services again in the future and they’re the only people that I will ever use.

A helpful arborist came out for the estimate and quoted me $2500 for the job. I didn’t hear back after the quote, but I didn’t try to contact them either. I chose another company that completed the work for $1500. He was a decent and honest man, but that price was just too high, even after them trying to work with me.

They responded in a timely manner. Service was done effIciently and professionally.Their clean-up was very thorough. All-in-all very satisfactory.

They did the job perfectly and left the yard clean and nice.

All workers professional and polite. All workers and company went the extra effort. Cut fire wood for neighbors and myself, cleaned up extra around home. Very nice company to retain, did great work with no damage, especially around pool cage and new roof.

We called them after seeing some of their trucks out on the road and then checking them out here. They came out right away to give us an estimate, it was far more reasonable than others we had received. They were responsive in answering quesitons, scheduled the work and showed up to do the work as proposed and scheduled. They followed up to make sure we were happy with the work. We could not be more pleased.

We have used Stevens in the past for tree removal, and have recommended to others, so it made sense to use them again. Unfortunately, they took FOREVER to complete the job, had to be chased by us to show up, and left the stumps behind, while we were on vacation. Also they left a broken saw blade in the grass! After contacting them again, was told that a) the crew did the job while boss was on vacation, and b) the stump grinder was too large to fit through our fence gates. The owner came out to see if they could fit, felt they could, then only showed up again after calling them, to say they couldn't fit it through either gates. I had to ask our neighbor if we could access through their gate and remove a section of fencing for the tree service to get into our yard. Luckily, our neighbors are very nice, so I knocked out the section, they ground the stumps, and in the process knocked out bricks in our walkway. It's difficult to write this, as they had been so good in the past with us and others, perhaps they are overworked and understaffed, as many businesses are right now, and they did finally complete the job, but the chasing and the lackluster attention to detail left us with a bad taste this time.

Five guys, almost two days, with absolutely no complaints. Pinellas County would not give the company access from the trail, so they had to do it the hard way. Endless miles of entangled thorn covered vines had to be removed vine by vine from pine trees, fence, cable lines, power lines (A Progress energy rep watched) and phone lines, and then dragged through my 1/3 acre yard to the driveway where they were fed them through a chipper. Some of these vines were very thick and very nasty. No other company who came to bid this job would handle it.They didn't even know how to bid it. After 10 years of growth since the last cutback (freeze induced) the massive job had to be done. And, my fence wasn't damaged by the workmen. They were very careful not to hurt the fence. Vines were carefully cut out so I didn't need to replace the expensive supporting fence. The team of good natured workers also cleaned up the entire mess on the ground before leaving. Beautiful job on the thorn bushes and the tree.

We spent $800 on the job. They were fine. They did a good job. They were very responsive, punctual and professional. We?ll definitely use them again in the future.

This is the second time I've used Stevens Tree and I expect to continue to do so in the future.

Very well overall especially since they had some work to do in very tight quarters.

They did the entire job in an hour. They were quick and efficient.

They sent out both their crews and quickly removed the tree and stump in 3 hours. The only thing that remained was the sawdust from the stump. Every bit of the tree otherwise was gone. Very quick to respond. Main line is forwarded to an actual person's cell, so you will speak with someone quickly when you call. Quick quote, job completed within two weeks of calling, only delay was a day from scheduled due to summer rain.

I SAW THIS COMPANY WORKING IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON SOME OF THE OTHER PROPERTIES. I ASKED FOR THEM TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. AND OUT OF THREE OTHERS, THEIRS WERE THE CHEAPEST. THE WORK WAS DONE SATISFACTORY AND YOU COULDN'T BEAT THE PRICE. THEY RETURNED MY CALLS PROMPTLY AND WERE ON TIME FOR THE JOB.
