Jose himself showed up. He diagnosed and replaced the heating element in my clothes dryer. Beyond that he recommended we have our vents cleared. I would hire him again.

Jose Trivino is a consummate professional. I'm a 66 year old lawyer in St. Petersburg and with rental properties one can imagine the appliance issues which I confront routinely(?). This gentleman is a privilege to engage and to trust for honest, skilled craftsmanship precisely when he says he'll appear. Our first encounter was many years ago when he worked for an appliance corporation, and I'm thrilled that he's available now for hire on anything and everything. We are fortunate to have his expertise in the Tampa Bay area.

Jose is very efficient and knowledgeable. He worked on my dryer that the timer had gone out. He had to order the part and then came back promptly and installed it. While he was here he looked at my dishwasher as I had put on (because I took it apart to clean it) took him maybe 3 minutes. I highly recommend Jose 100% very personable.

He responded to my call yesterday (Tuesday) and came this morning (Wednesday) to fix our ice maker on our Samsung refrigerator. I sent him Model # and he came with correct part. He knew immediately the problem with my freezer, motor running but not freezing. Ordered the parts needed, when they arrived he put them in and it immediately started freezing.
