Florida Water Treatment has been providing quality water treatment solutions to the Tampa Bay Area since 1951. Florida Water Treatment has been a family owned and operated company since our humble beginning. Our longevity is a direct result of how we do business. First with decades of experience in dealing with Florida Water, our highly trained staff of professionals will assess each customer's water quality concern on a case by case basis. We then custom fit the best possible solution to meet your needs. All of our water treatment equipment is custom built to order, nothing is pre made giving our customer's the highest grade equipment possible at wholesale prices. Since we do custom build all of our equiment FWT is able to keep up with the latest advances and technology in the water treatment industry and implement these technologies into our product line very quickly to ensure our customers are always getting the most efficent and advanced equipment available. At FWT we do not believe in the one size fits all approach that the box stores and all of our competiton uses to treat water. The water in the Tampa Bay area is unique and needs to be treated on a case by case basis in order for the equipment to perform at a high level for many years which is why we custom build all of our equipmet to meet the needs of the customers home and water needs. At FWT we have a water treatment solution for every budget and provide superior warranties on everything we install. We provide In house 0% no interest financing eliminating credit checks, pushy finance companies, and high interest rates giving FWT the ability to finance just about anyone who needs it. We also take personal checks and all major credit cards as methods of payment. Second, our commitment to service following any sale is second to none. Responsive service, whether providing salt delivery, filter exchanges or even repairing other brand water treatment products is how we've done business from the onset. At FWT our customers always come first and we believe in going above and beyond everyday and on every call to make sure that every single customer is 110% satisfied with our service. At FWT we do not employ any contractors or sales personel like the majority of our competition, everyone of our 22 employees from our two install crews to our five factory trained service technicians are FWT employees guaranteeing that you will receive highest possible level of service and receive the proper water treatment system for your home. All sales calls are run by the owner eliminating the long sales presentations, pushy sales tactics, and ridiculously high prices. At FWT every month we install over 150 water treatment systems and run close to 600 service calls and are proud of keeping a spotless record. "Are you kidding me with this review?? Our building was severely damaged by this Category 2 hurricane not "Tropical Storm" and we just got back into our building this afternoon at 1pm. You were called by one of my staff from her home because we couldn't get into our building today. My employees have families and homes of their own and could not make it into work and I would never force them into work when they are trying to clean up their homes and make sure that their families are safe. We still have no power in our building (please come on down and see for yourself) and I absolutely killed myself today to just to get our doors open today and I am working with 5 out of my 21 employees because most of them evacuated and are not even back in town yet because they are fighting traffic to try and get back to their homes - have you even turned on the television and watched the news??Our building is without phones, power, or internet and we are running off 2 generators and no air conditioning (the building was 91 degrees today). All of our phone calls are going through our answering service because we can't even turn the phones over because of multiple issues I just listed. In case you didn't notice there was no where to get gas the past 3 days either and I can attest to this because my home has been running on a generator and I have been struggling to get gas until this morning (I waited 3 hours yesterday to fill up 3 gas cans). I still do not have power at my home and I took the generator I was using at my home to the office just to get the doors open and I do not have a generator at my home now and I am praying we get power tonight. I know you feel your request is absolutely dire but you are being a bit ridiculous and I have never said this to a customer but you have just blown me away because I just spent the past 15 hours trying to get our doors open. We are doing everything we can to make sure our customers are taken care of and this review is an absolute slap in the face and you should be ashamed for writing it. We have customers that had their Water Treatment systems ripped off of their home from this storm and are without water that are more understanding than you are. Please look at our reviews and you will see how hard we work to keep our reputation clean and bend over backwards for our customers, my family has owned this company for over 60 years and we have always held customer service to the highest level and our reviews back this claim - we have always done everything possible to make sure our customers are well taken care of and will continue to do so as long as our doors are open. If we ignored you under normal conditions and just didn't respond you would have every right to leave us a negative review, but you are just plain wrong for writing this review under the circumstances and what is going on in our area and anyone that reads this will agree - I AM JUST BAFFLED YOU HAD THE NERVE TO WRITE THIS. If you had any idea what I have been through as well as my employees the past 4 days you would understand and be embarrassed that you wrote this review. I am blessed to have the staff that I do and the majority of my staff are without power still and have children that are at home because the schools are still closed and they have every reason to not show up to work but they made it in today and their dedication to Florida Water Treatment is second to none. Don't worry we will be out to make sure you are well taken care of on Friday because that is what we do. "Thank you very much for your review of my company, but I find it very odd that you left a negative review for us because you were not even present for the service call. You are leaving a review based on what exactly? We made multiple attempts at contacting you without any response from you what so ever. My technician went to your home and spent well over an hour pulling your equipment apart and finding out what was going on with the system. We have multiple pictures on file as well as filter media samples from your equipment. The systems were in very poor shape and needed quite a bit of work, but since you were not home nor did you answer your phone when we attempted to call [Member Information Removed] different times we could not relay this information to you. Unfortunately there is not a simple fix for your equipment and we could not waive our magic wand over the system and get it up and running - it needed parts in order to fix the system and since you were no where to be found we could not explain this to you (my office even made multiple attempts to contact you the next day - but still nothing). The salt was not left because we were not going to add salt into a machine that was not working and part of the information we were trying to relay to you was that we did not add the salt to your equipment but would be more than happy to deliver it when the equipment was back up and running, but since you did not respond to any of our calls we could not tell you this. Your review has no validity and is baseless, I completely would understand a negative review from someone that actually was present at the time of service - but this is just getting ridiculous. Thank you again for having us out and if you would like the service report and actually find out what we did while at your home or if you would like to have us back out and actually meet us at the home this time so you can leave a factual/honest review please let me know.
