Yes, they do not return calls immediately but its because they're busy I'm sure. But they DO call back. AND their work is great. They contract with a lot of businesses and homeowners in Winter Haven. They charge me $200 a month and I personally believe it's the greatest deal around.
So, I'm giving them an A. I am very happy with their work and intend to keep them under contract for a long time to come.

They are very personable, timely and do a great job. I have used them for about 6 years and they have multiple people come out. I will use them again in the future.

We use them all the time and we have a contract with them. They have cut our grass for 15 years. We used to pay them $200 a month but they had to add a fuel charge so now we pay $220 a month because the cost of gasoline is so high. They bring a crew of about 4 people and they are gone in just a little bit over an hour. They also do landscaping.
