Chris was very easy to work with. He offered ideas to improve my project and explanations for the work he was doing. As an engineer, I appreciated the information.

Chris and his work crew met and exceeded all of our expectations. From the initial bid proposal for the drive way and sidewalk work to the site clean up, everything was conducted in a professional manner. The tear out of the existing old concrete was accomplished very quickly. Despite having to schedule the work around inclement weather they worked the required hours necessary to get it done. Chris also came by personally two times after hours to ensure the accomplished concrete work was protected and sealed from the changing weather. Based on our experience, I would recommend this company without hesitation..

Chris Arellano contacted me right away after I made the request. He was very responsive to my calls and came in with a good quote. My experience from start to finish was positive. He met my tight deadline and he and his team showed up early to get started. They were really pleasant, professional and highly skilled. I had a last minute side pour(to use up extra concrete) that they helped me with at no extra charge. My son and daughter in law worked with them and had the same positive experience with them.

Excellent experience w/ Chris & the work his crew performed! The only constructive feedback for Chris was in his redundant, hand-written proposal process, which took up extra time @ our meeting watching him rewrite his proposal.. We could have just signed tbe original & moved on... otherwise, excellent experience!

Chris and his staff did an awesome job with all the concrete work we had him do. Chris did a large pad and a few walkways for as as well as a set of stairs. Everything turned out wonderful! They did a quality job and it was done quickly. The price was more then fair and you won't be disappointed if you hire Chris to do your work.

Chris quickly responded to our request for a bid, surveyed the work to be done, and he and and his team provided superior work in the replacement of the concrete walkway from our front porch to our driveway. This work had to be completed within a relatively short suspense to ensure the timely execution of a sales contract on our property. He worked around forecasted inclement weather and found a hole in which he was able tear out the old walkway and pour the new one. He followed up by applying, then rolling back blankets to enable proper curing. Based on other bids, his cost was more than reasonable. We'd definitely hire Exceptional again should we have a need for concrete work.

I am an out of state landlord. Exceptional answered my request for bids immediately. and was willing to take the job. They completed the job within one week of acceptance. Tenants reported they were ery happy with the work and Exceptional provided photographic proof of completion. I highly recommend them.

Concrete was poured on a day where fog was so thick that water droplets came out of the fog. This resulted in a stained effect on the concrete

Chris and his guys were able to come out quickly and get the job done well. They made the patio in the exact shape we wanted, with the exact details we wanted. We even had them include our firepit directly into the patio. I couldn't have been happier with the way it came out.

Chris and team did a great job. They were professional, very knowledgeable about the work, open and honest about the process, how much mud needed to be ordered regardless of the job size, etc. All around a pleasure to work and interact with. The only small compliant I have is I think they could have done a little better with clean up after the project was done. There were a handful of items left scattered around that I had to then pick up and find a place to throw them out.

Chris an his crew did an awesome job on our new driveway and back patio. The new 780 sq ft driveway (26x30) was finished all in one day and looks great. Our new back patio is just under 1,000 sq ft with color and stamping and it looks fantastic. Chris was a pleasure to work with and most importantly they accomplished everything they said they would. I would definitely recommend them. I will use them again for any concrete work I might have in the future. Again, the work looks fantastic and I wish I could upload the pictures to share!
