I have been looking for an auto repair shop that me and my family can trust now that we have reached the point that we have vehicles which are no longer under warranty, paid off, and that we would like to keep and get many more years or miles from.  
I have used repair shops in the area, but I cannot say I trust them or would want to use them again because of the typical behavior you expect where they try and replace more than required so you will spend more, scare tactics of other things that need replaced which do not need replaced, try and talk over your head if they think you dont know anything about vehicles, etc.
However, FINALLY, I have found the greatest and trust worthy auto repair shop with Absolute Auto Repair on Hwy 92 in Dover.  Both my husband and I took both our vehicles in and they got us right in for an appointment, diagnosed it, called us to explain in detail what is wrong, what needs to be replaced now and later, honestly explained the unknowns but what they could do to completely determine, etc.
While my husband decided it was simply time to trade in his truck for a new one because he replies on it for work (he is on the road all day each day) and it had 150k miles, my van only needed some much needed repairs and maintenance.  I am happy to report that they fixed everything that was wrong, and it runs like brand NEW.  They did the work in a VERY timely manner so I was not left without a vehicle for very long considering I have 2 young children I have to take to and from school, but they also finished the work at a price ALOT lower than ever expected.
You honestly get the feeling these gentelmen are true auto experts and their only intention is to take care of you and your vehicle and get you back on the road as quickly and safely as possible.  This is so hard to find these days and so great when you do finally find an auto repair shop you feel is TRUSTWORTHY.  I am very impressed and have now become a loyal customer where I will take all my auto repairs for me and my family in the future.  Thank goodness after all these years, we have finally found a trusted and honest auto repair shop.  Thank you!

They treated my mother with the upmost respect.  When she arrived to drop her car off, they offered to give her a ride home and pick her up later when the car was done, so she would not have to wait at the shop all day.    This is not my mother's first visit there and will not be her last.  She just raves about both Scott and Cathy, "the owners".  It is very nice to know you can send your mom to a car repair shop without worrying about her being taken advantage of.

I had my 1984 LandCruiser's air conditioner checked out and repaired by Absolute Auto. I had no air and thought that the refrigerent had to be converted to the new type so I was prepared for the worst. After Absolute diagnosed the issue, it turns out that my air system had already been updated and that the problem was just an o-ring that stuck open. I ended up paying a tenth of what I had thought it was going to take to cover this repair.

The got it done when they said they would at the price they told me up front.
It rides so much better now.
I've been bringing my Explorer to them for the last 4 years/60,000 miles and odds are why it's still running so great is
the fact they take such good care of it.

The cost of the service was very reasonable but I cannot tell you the cost off the top of my head though. We have used them for years and they are great.

I have been using for about 3-4 years. They are friendly and very honest. They stand behind their work and go out of their way to make us happy. Cathy and Scott are the owners and I deal with them mostly at the front desk.

This visit I needed a transmission pan gasket and as always they were prompt as I waited for the car to be completed.

It's a husband and wife owned. They took the battery, replaced it and off the door we went. They're very quick. They give 10% off to the teachers. My husband had trouble with his car and we took it there but they can't figure out exactly why there was water dripping underneath the car. When my husband went to pay for it, the guy said that we have to wait for three or four days, drive the car and see if he fixed it. So, he said we couldn't pay him yet because he might not have fixed it. At that moment of time, we're like, we're taking all our business to them. They're very nice. If you're at the school, you can drop off your car there and they'll drive you home or take you to your work. They're old-school but they're not old people. They're probably in their forties but that's how they treat people.

Their price is reasonable. They offer amazing service and are very courteous.

They were very customer service oriented. They really want the customer to be satisfied with their work. They are very thorough, and have good pricing. They go out of their way to help the customer.

I bought a car with no AC and a drivers window that wouldn't roll down and in Florida thats a no go. I wanted to have it fixed fast so I dropped it off in the morning, they drove me to work on Thursday called me. Before the day was up with what was wrong and what it was going to cost to fix it. Said they could have the part and finish it by the next day. Well at 2 o'clock on Friday I got a phone call that it was done. The owner personally shook my hand and explained everytthing to me. Very corteous and I will be using them again on my other vehicle. Very clean family owned busiess. Have to support our local companies.

They were good.  They did a good job for me.  They were very nice.  In fact they let me borrow their truck because I wanted to get some stuff.  They did a good job on my truck too.  They did a good job and their price was good.   It was probably comparable.  The quality of work was good.

They were outstanding! The staff was rather courteous and honest. They were prompt in finishing the work. Their facility seemed to be quite clean. We felt that their prices were competitive.

I find him to be great. He will even pick me up and drop me off. His prices are competitve.
