STAY AWAY. This company specializes in ripping off the elderly. My 89 year old widowed mother-in-law was desperate to get her AC fixed. They sold her a 4 ton, 16 seer Lennox for $16,000. When we learned of this, I checked with other HVAC pros and they all agreed the price was about double the going rate. I called the company to complain and their VP told me: "She agreed to it." That may be a legal defense, but this guy needs a remedial course in business ethics.

A tested fully working used motor was installed. Air conditioner began working and Piter was paid. Later on the same day the unit stopped working. After being promised multiple times that a tech will stop by to fix the unit, three days later we were still without air conditioning. We asked Piter to take a look and repair a corroded pipe by the condenser unit and simply ignored it. On the same day, he also installed a new unit at my neighbors house and learned later the condenser unit was never secured to the concrete slab.
