Description of Work: We have paid for a termite tenting "guarantee" for several years. Every time we reported termites, it was like pulling teeth to try and get a representative out to our premises. Several times, the rep failed to show for the appointment and we have to reschedule only to have them no-show again... no call to say we can't make, just no-show. The last 2 services, I had to call their National office to complain. They couldn't even get a hold of the local manager. Last year, the service contract ran out. We never received a bill. I again called corporate. The renewal was mailed to an address that is no relation to us... Not sure what happen, but will never use them again.

Description of Work: They spray inside and outside. They also come for an annual inspection for termites that we have a annual contract for. They are very good and have made great progress with the bug issues at times inside and out and the termites. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I have a maintenance contract with them. But in the past I had an infestation of an invasive ant species and there were thousands of ants getting in my house. They found nests out in the yard and fumigated the attic space and they kept coming back until it was under control.
