Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Central Miami, Florida

I've had Nolen for the last 3 years. I pay per service and its $180 for every 3 months. My interaction with them has been fine. With what they do, they do a fine job. I'm alright with the price. I would continue to use them in the future.

The gentleman who came by to do the inspection and the pricing had a great personality. He was on time and provided lots of information. He was highly accessible as well - I really enjoyed that. They had good reviews on Angie?s List too, so I chose them. About a week after that, the actual fumigator came by and did his work. I was not at home, but my wife was. We looked at the brochure and compared that against the work that was actually done. We were not convinced that all the things in the brochure were actually done. The good thing was that when I called to raise the issue, they immediately offered to come by. I told them that I liked the inspector but was not so sure about the fumigator. They were good enough as a company to have them both come out to see me at the same time a few days later. The fumigator stood by his work and insisted that he had done a good job. What I liked was that he actually gave me his phone number and asked me to call him if I found something, and he assured me that he would come by and make things right; and that was what happened recently. I called him and told him that I had seen some roaches and I wanted him to come over and take a look - he is going to come again this Saturday. The price is okay comparatively if I break it down by month, but they are not coming by default every month; it is kind of more expensive.

We liked the reviews we read about them and hired them for a year. They came out when they said they would and worked quite fast. They would come to the house every three months and perform the service. Their price was also decent compared to the other companies. We chose them not only because they had the best price, but also because they provided the best service.

They went to the house to do an estimate and the representative met with me to tell me about what to expect, etc. They were very precise about what to expect. They gave me an agreement and guarentee for the work. They told me what I needed to do before the tenting and how to prepare. They also answered all of my questions. He was a little late coming for the appointment, I called to make sure he was on his way and he got there within ten minutes. I think they were very professional and they will be coming next week to do the work.

It was very difficult to get someone for the company to come out and do a walk through with me. They gave me estimate 2 years and offered to honor that price which was more than fair. But it was nearly impossible to get them to come out to our home. It seems they are very overwhelmed with all the work there is in South Florida at this time.

They came and gave an estimate. They also performed a free pest inspection. They offered several treatments and they were flexible with their rates. They were the most knowledgeable of all the 3 people who came. Their inspection was a lot more thorough and he explained my options very well. I would continue to use them in future.

I have used other people before, and I am much happier with them. They are the only ones who took care of the ants and really got the job done. They are always professional.

This is definitely worth the money I am spending to solve my problem. It is a small price to pay to make my home safer from this problem. I have been very pleased with how I have been treated by this company and will continue to use their service and refer them to others.

I would not use a company who cant even keep an appointment.

TRULY NOLAN DID A VERY GOOD JOB. ADDITIONALLY, THEY CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER TO SEE IF I WAS HAPPY WITH THE JOB. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH A COMPANY THAT TAKES THE TIME TO FOLLOW UP WITH A CUSTOMER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL AROUND OUR HOUSE. THEY ALSO PAID CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE PLACES WHERE WE SEE THE MOST BUGS.

I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES NOW AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ALWAYS CALL A DAY IN ADVANCE TO LET ME KNOW THEY WILL BE COMING, WHICH IS VERY CONVENIENT.

I WAS NOT EXACTLY THRILLED WHEN THIS COMPANY ARRIVED. I THOUGHT THAT THEIR EQUIPMENT LOOKED OLD AND OUT DATED. EVEN LOOKED AS THOUGH THEIR TANKS MIGHT HAVE BEEN LEAKING. I AM HOPING FOR THE MONEY I PAID THEY AT LEAST GOT THE JOB DONE.

THIS COMPANY WAS OK. THEY CAME AND DID THEIR WORK AND THEN LEFT. THEY DID GOOD WORK FOR WHAT I PAID. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE.

I AM NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. WE HAVE MORE BUGS THAN WE DID BEFORE. THEY DID NOT REIMBURSE US FOR THEIR FIRST ATTEMPT. THE PRICE THAT WE PAID WAS ALREADY TOO HIGH.

I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS. I THINK THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY PERFORM THE JOB I HIRE THEM TO DO. I AM SATISFIED. I ALSO THINK THEY ARE A VERY FAIR PRICE AND THAT THEY ARE EXTREMELY CONSISTENT.

HE DID OKAY IN TRIMMING THE TREES AND BUSHES, BUT HE WAS VERY SLOPPY IN THE CLEAN UP. HE DOES NOT DO A NEAT JOB. HE DOES THE WORK JUST TO GET IT DONE AND LEAVES A MESS. I WAS NOT HAPPY.

THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY AND THEY HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR AGES. THEY ALWAYS DO GOOD WORK. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO ALL MY NEIGHBORS. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS ABOUT TERMITES. WE HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY GUARANTEE ALL OF THEIR WORK.

IVE BEEN USING THE COMPANY FOR SOME TIME AND WILL PROBABLY CONTINUE TO USE THEM. IVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. EXCEPT, JUST RECENTLY WHEN THEIR PRICES WENT UP. I WILL STILL PROBABLY USE THEM.

THEY ARE A NATIONWIDE COMPANY. THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE HERE. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH INSECTS SINCE THEY STARTED SPRAYING OUR HOME.

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT. EVERYTHING THEY DID WAS GREAT. THEY WERE ALWAYS HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE AND THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD. OVERALL, THE SERVICE WAS GOOD.

THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY SPRAY AROUND MY HOUSE AND YARD FOR BUGS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS WITH PEST PROBLEMS. I FIND THEM VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THEIR WORK AS WELL AS VERY FRIENDLY.
