Horrible Experience - Do Not Trust This Company** In October 2023, we paid $24,000 for windows and doors, expecting installation by January or February 2024. It's now May 2024, and we still have no windows or doors. The company claims manufacturing delays but provides no factual updates or accountability. The owners and managers are unreachable, always in meetings, and refuse to return calls. My wife and I have to call daily, only to receive inconsistent updates and empty promises. We've found out that at least 150 other customers are facing the same issue, with substantial payments and no products. We are considering a class action lawsuit. This company's deceptive practices and lack of responsibility are unacceptable. Avoid them at all costs.
