Did not return calls; did not fix unit and did not return unit

went well....a few things had gone bad on the unit while i had been away for a few months. Russ was able to fix most of them quickly and easily could have tried to sell me a new unit but didnt which makes me think he is an honest guy. the original problem i detected with the unit was that the fan was locked up. worked fine of course when he was here but has since returned to siezing. called same guy russ to come fix it today and he is on his way. fast turnaround and i expect it should be fixed today.

They really went the extra mile and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. The other big company was trying to sell me one of their new units before they even looked mine. I found Destin Air was timely, professional and honest but at a much more resonable price. I like doing business with this experienced small company and would recommend them to anyone with ac questions that don't want to be taken to the cleaners unnecessarily.

He was the cheapest bid and a fellow brother if Christ. There was no one else we would have trusted to get the job done and done right.

I came home late one evening to find that my apartment was incredibly hot. Desperate, I called Destin Air Conditioning and Refrigeration to take a look at my A/C unit. Mr. Fife immediately diagnosed several problems with my installation and recommended a plan of attack. He also made sure I'd stay comfortable while the plan was implemented; replenishing my freon and setting up a makeshift solution to tide me over. His service was punctual and personable, not to mention helping me out at an odd an hour. Highly recommended!
