If you are like me, you are guarded about who you let into your house.  You can never be too safe.
Bruce and Tommy showed up on time in company trucks.  They were both very professional and extremely helpful.
They cleaned our carpets and rugs and did a great job.  We would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Bruce arrived shortly after 8:00 am, as scheduled.  He went right to work, and took approx. 1 hour to complete everything that needed to be done. 
All 3 area rugs were steam cleaned.  Bruce showed me how much dirt was being removed by having me watch the clear tube that extracts the dirt while cleaning.  The runner and one of the area rugs that the dog regularly sleeps/ lays on were very dirty, despite being regularly vacuumed.  When he was through they looked as good as new.  The other area rug was not as dirty as the others, but that one also looked great when he was through.
The bedrooms had various stains, most of which were removed--including some rust stains. (The more difficult stains were my fault.  I had used a product with a colorant that, although faint, seems to be permanent).
 
Steam Clean My Carpets, LLC was very good.  They were prompt, fast, clean, professional, and performed the work as described.  I would recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with a reputable company.  They were terrific!

On time arrival, spot test on worn areas to make sure of improvement and completed job in just 2 hours with much success.  Tommy was friendly, explained whys and hows and cleaned and restored the carpet so we won't have to replace it as soon as we thought.  Well worth the cost and certainly more convenient than replacing carpet.  Ellen was great about offering a trial spot clean at no charge to be sure they could offer a good result and she was able to book an appointment quickly.  Raves from us, good job!

Fast, professional, and thorough. This is the second time I've used Steam Clean My Carpets LLC and I'm just as happy as the first time. I highly recommend them and will use then again in the future. They are cheaper and better quality than national brand carpet cleaners I've used in the past.

I'm no carpet expert but it seems like the Rotovac that they use is more effective than a normal steam vacuum, the carpet looked and smelled (yes I smelled it) cleaner than what I would normally expect and it also didn't feel like there was as much excess water.

Tom did an exceptional job.  He explained everything he was going to do.  He was so personable, kind and really cared about doing a good job!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Called and left a message, got a call back within 10 minutes. Same day service and at a fraction of the price of other companies like Stanley Steamer (If I remember correctly they wanted close to or over $200). The quality and thoroughness was remarkable. I bought the sectional used, and the owners had pets (several) and kids (several) so the sectional was a bit grungy to say the least. When they were done it looked showroom new again, and it has lasted for over 6 months. At the time I didn't know they were on Angies list, the reason for this late review. I'm getting my carpets cleaned and will go with Steam Clean My Carpets without hesitation. Great local company with highly competitive prices and top notch service.

We have two very and active children who have soiled our khaki colored plush carpet beyond that which I thought was salvageable.  Seriously I have been ashamed to have guests over my house and have dimmed the light in the evening just to give the impression that there are shadows on the floor where my kids have stained it.  Bruce came in and within an hour the carpet looked like new again.  Thanks so much!

I contacted Ellen by email and had a reply within an hour. Made an appointment (this company offers service 6 days a week) that was perfect with my schedule. Tommy called 2 hours prior to our scheduled time to see if he could arrive 1 hour earlier than planned. It worked for me. Within minutes of meeting Tommy, I was comfortable that my carpets were in good hand. He was extremely professional and did not pressure me to consider additional services. I liked the fact that the equipment came into my home and did not necessitate leaving a door open for hoses, bugs, etc. The results were absolutely beyond my expectations. Two different companies have cleaned the carpets in the past, and although I was satisfied at the time, I now see what REAL clean is! Tommy made sure I was satisfied with his work and the bill was exactly as quoted by Ellen. No additional charge for anything! What pleasure to do business with a small, efficient company. I definitely recommend them without reservation.

EXCELLENT service with Tommy!     An incredibly warm, honest person with integrity that did an AMAZING job making this house livable for me.......Tommy went "above and beyond" to be sure I was satisfied with the service he provided.   He was on time, wasted no time getting the job(s) done, and I will HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.......so glad I found them on Angie's List!!!!!

Excellent!!!!!!

It was excellent. They did a beautiful job. We had a tile and the grout was all dirty and we tried to do it ourselves but it was better to have a person do it. I forgot what the price was, but it seemed reasonable and they did it in half a day. They were very professional and I liked them very much. I would use them if I need to have the the tile cleaned again probably before I sell the house. I have another big room which we call the Florida room which is 26 x 16 and I wanted to have that done, but I just haven't gotten around to it yet. I will use them because they are local and they are only 3 or 4 miles away. I went with them because of their professionalism and the nice email that they gave me explaining everything. I have nothing to compare it to, but it seemed like a good price for what they were intending to do. It was good. I have no complaints at all. The quality and their responsiveness were excellent. They were here right on time when he said he was coming. He was very professional and he knew what he was doing.

We're very happy with the job he did. I went with them because of the reviews on Angie's List and they didn't disappoint me at all. They knew what they were doing.

Very well. The worker showed up on time, reviewed the area, provided a quote, and proceeded to do the task at hand. He was professional and personable. Al work was performed to my satisfaction.

Wonderful job.

Firstly, when I made my appointment with Ellen Fagan, she honored a quote she had given me nearly two months ago! She told me my technician would arrive at 8 a.m. , and let me tell you, HE DID, RIGHT ON THE DOT. 
I didn't get out of bed until 7:55am because of the following:
Since I have used Stanley Steemer for the last 6 years, I was NOT expecting such promptness and courtesy!  Whenever SS was hired, it was hit or miss and the crew (usually 3 guys) was never the same. A mixed bag of extra charges, trying to sell their products at inflated prices and they were sloppily dressed. I understand it is a dirty job, but I at least thought deodorant and not reeking of cigarette smoke and stained clothes were common courtesy. My technician, TOMMY of STEAM CLEAN MY CARPETS, was none of the above; but let me tell you the rest.
Secondly, Tommy waited about 5 minutes more before I let him in, and I was dressed. When I did open the door, he was neatly dressed, courteous and greeted me with a smile and lovely manners, befitting a southern gentleman. We did a walk-through and I showed him everything, and then inquired about the quote I was given. Tommy told me there were NO additional charges for spot treating and he even did the baseboards with his machine extension; something StanSteam NEVER did. He did not leave my front door propped open, for the flies and bugs to get in, and he went to work IMMEDIATELY. Something else SS never did. 
The latter usually went into a spiel about 'we won't be able to get this clean like you expect'.  Tommy, on the other hand, never stated he couldn't do a thorough job, and he did, let me tell you ! 
Thirdly, Tommy moved the couches and chairs; which I have had to request of StanSteam in the past.  He even had to clean the trap on his machine at least a couple of times, because there was so much dog hair collected from my 115 lb Black Labrador and 60 lb Belgian Malinois. He could have made another Pomeranian out of the hair collected, albeit a black one. I watched as the dirt, hair, grime and fleas went down the drain. EVERYTHING came up, including the hair, and my Lab sheds A LOT, even though I vacuum every other day.
Fourthly, Tommy did NOT have to brush the cleaned carpet afterwards, as StanSteam has had to do in the past; and afterwards try to sell me one of their brooms for 'only $32'. EVERYTHING came up with the Rotovac 360 and NOTHING was left behind. The results were immediate. I could once more BREATHE in the freshness; and not some cleaning products. My carpet is over 22 years old, PINK and made of wool. When Tommy was finished, they looked brand-new again, as when they were first placed down in the house in 1991.
Fifthly, and the most remarkable was, ONLY TOMMY did all the work! He was like a cheery busy-bee, never stopped once, except to empty the machine trap, and attacked every nook and cranny along the baseboards. He even told a couple CLEAN jokes, while working, which had me laughing out loud. I was amazed at his professionalism, courtesy, clean appearance and phenomenal work ethic. 
Finally, NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN CONTEMPLATE USING STANLEY STEEMER !! 
STEAM CLEAN MY CARPETS is A++++ in my book, and I will be recommending them to *EVERYONE* I know !  I promised Ellen when the appointment was set she could take before and after pictures of my carpet. If you go to their website, they should be up there. Mine is the PINK carpet...and no, I didn't choose it. The previous owners did.

Exceptional service and attention to detail ! Ellen responded almost immediately to my initial e-mail and after providing her with the total square footage of the rooms to be cleaned, we came to an agreement on the price and I made an apt. Ellen's Team showed up promptly at the designated time we agreed to and expertly steamed cleaned three fairly large rooms.  After completion, the rugs in the three rooms looked 100% better and were restored to an almost new look.  The technician was professional courtesy and prior to leaving, ensured we were completely satisfied with the carpet cleaning performed.  I would recommend this company to  anyone who required carpet cleaning or any other type of upholstery or grout cleaning or restoration.

The husband and wife team arrived on time and with their equipment, cleaned and sealed floor tile/grout in all the four area of our one story home. We have over 500 12x12 tiles in the L/R, Kitchen/Dining Room, Family room a small hall leading into one bathroom.  The GROUT was very dirty . Steam Clean My Carpets brought back the original color of the grout and the tiles.
They also cleaned our wall to wall carpet in the three bedrooms.  They applied a Grout sealing.  
We are very pleased with the job they did and highly recommend them.  The had the highest of the three companies we contacted but feel that they had the best presentation.
