OUTSTANDING - this is the second time we have used Steam Clean My Carpets and will call them again. One of her assistants perform the last job we had done. There was a small issue upon completion of the job. I contacted Ellen and she immediately rectified the issue to our satisfaction. When a company does a good job maybe you will call them back again - but when an issue occurs and a quick solution is made and the customer's satisfaction is placed as the ONLY PRIORITY - not only will you call them back again - but you will recommend this company "Steam Clean My Carpets" to everyone as I have done in my review. They are PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, KNOWLEGABLE and PRICED RIGHT. They will be the ones I will call again without hesitation

I called for a quote. Ellen came over and measured my tiled floor, gave me quote. The next week Bruce returned and started in the worse room...the master bath. :) He cleaned the grout and asked me to approve the area. It was filthy grout. He was not satisfied with the results, so he cleaned it again. Results were Awesome! Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to them. Bruce was at my home from 8 AM -1:30. Completed my tile, grout sealant, cleaned area rugs and applied scotchgard to area rugs. My floor looks like new. The grout is so clean. I could not be more pleased. Highly recommend

Julian called when he was an hour away and showed up in the time frame promised when the appointment was made. He did a great job getting some pretty scary stains out of my cream carpets, put protectors under the furniture where needed and finished without issue. He did a good job extracting the liquid, leaving me with not horribly wet carpets. I was happy overall with this company and this service technician and would use them again.

Ellen was more than prompt in responding to my request (Called me on Sunday after I requested on Angie's List).

Scheduled me for 3 days later and arrived on time while keeping me informed all the time. I was not able to be there for the service, but my rep tells me Ellen was very pleasant and professional. The results were excellent and she explained fully what she had done.

Don't waste your time even looking at other providers.  These folks are top notch.  They charge by the square foot and unlike others (non Angie's list) ,they tell you up front.  We had some estimators seem more interested in house, furnishings, cars, etc. in what could only be described as trying to  see the maximum they could get.  Highly recommend what is obviously a business intended to be long lasting.

They responded to our Angie's List message within a couple of hours.  At our request, they called and gave us a quote and the rates they used.  Once we agreed and set a time, they confirmed the day before and arrived exactly when we agreed.  When the technician arrived, he did exact measurements and recalculated the cost using the rates he provided me.  It was actually less than the total he quoted me.  They cleaned the tile and grout in our entire condo and then sealed the grout and did a wonderful job!  It turned out great!  In addition, it was about 40% less than a quote I obtained from a national company for the same work.  We would not hesitate to recommend them and to use them again!

Called them to have my carpets steamed cleaned cause got a puppy about a month ago. Tommy was on time and great. Explained to us about staining and "wicking" where the stains can come back up if it's in the pad. He also advised us how to slow down that process. Have used a national chain in the past but no more. I highly recommend Steam Clean My Carpets and will definitely use them again!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Steam Clean My Carpets.  Ellen was extremely responsive with me through Angie's List messaging.  She was friendly, prompt, and professional and answered every question I had.  Bruce, who came to clean my tile, was very professional and friendly, too.  They both kept me updated on the whole process, and Bruce even sent me videos and pictures of the tile cleaning in progress since I could not be at the house while it was happening.  The tile looks AMAZING, and it has completely freshened and brightened the look of the whole house.  
They were wonderful to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work from great people!

He showed up on time. went right to work. The quote for the work was based on a double sized room. He determined that the room was not double sized and reduced the charge accordingly. He was pleasant and did an excellent job.
