"Lawn Pro's does not service the Palm Coast area. We apologize for your mistake and hope you find the correct company that dissatisfied you. Thanks!"
All work was performed well.
Their price was a bit higher than a couple other quotes I received but I liked the proffesionalism and promptness. I have since hired them to mow the lawn at onother rental property."I did go to both of his properties to evaluate the systems and then provided two seperate detailed proposals. He then had me meet him again to show him what I was proposing to do (second trip at no cost). I personally felt as if he was trying to gather information to do the repairs himself or hire a handyman to do. He mentioned to me several times that he had just paid a service to replace several of the heads. He also said my price was high and he kept repeating that there was no way he needed as many heads as I stated in quote and questioned my proposals. That's when I informed him that I try to work on all properties like I would at my own. He then did go with another contractor (handyman or himself). When he called me out again (3rd visit to property on time each time with $0 charged) I did go there in good faith that he was going to hire me when I informed him that the parts used were not correct. He then tried to gather more information from me after which I felt he was trying to get information to repair himself or with his handyman. As you can imagine I am in business to make a living not to travel to someones properties and give free guidance on my cost. We provide fre estimates and I feel I went over the top to try working with [member name removed](over 4 hours between travel and time on his properties). However, I felt he wasn't going to hire me and was trying to gather free technical support. At that tome I let him know I didn't appreciate my time and money being wasted and told him I wad not interested in working for him. If I knew exactly how that third visit would go I would have called and cancelled the appointment. I went there thinking he was finally going to let me do work on his sprinkler systems. That simply was not the case. Kind Regards, Dan McCabe"
