Great job, done quick even having to get a part for 40 year old sliding door.

They were efficient, worked quickly, were very professional and polite. They even cleaned up and blew off the patio when they were finished. I highly recommend them and will call them for any of my glass work.

Great company to work with. They were pleasant and the did an excellent job fixing my sons window. I only took one star off from value because the price I was quoted over the phone was different after the job was completed, however, I didn't ask for a new quote once he actually came out to measure and actually see what type of window it was. That being said the job was done right, in a timely manner, the 2 man crew were professional. I WOULD HIRE AGAIN!

Jamie and his assistant were punctual and very professional. The price quoted for the removal of one large mirror and 4 small ones was very reasonable and they were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. The job was completed fast and the clean up was good. We would definitely use Goodrich Glass for other home repairs in the future.

The tech was able to come the 1st business day. They were able to come earlier than the appointment, but I wasn't. They did arrive as planned. The job was completed and the tech cleaned up any debris that was left.

I had the bottom section of a DP window replaced. Jamie was punctual and polite. Took only thirty minutes from the time he arrived to complete the job. I would have given Goodrich Glass five stars except that the original plastic pieces(30 years old) in the frame were reused, instead of installing new pieces. The strips got damaged when the old glass had to be removed, and didn't look good after Jamie reused them. As a pro, ,Jamie should have known the window needed new strips as he had previously been to my house to provide an estimate. I hope the window doesn't leak water as I'm not confident it is water tight.
