If you requested garage door service, and got a call from Alex, you just won the lottery. Alex is awesome, prompt, professional, clean work, thorough and efficient - not quick and sloppy. He knows his stuff, but doesn't push add-ons or extras. Alex showed up perfectly on time, did a great job, and most of all, worked through the difficulties without hesitation. Great guy. Great experience.

I posted my request on home advisor at approximately 7 a.m. on a Saturday morning. At approximately 7:45 a.m. I was already in contact with one of the recommended companies. At around 8 a.m. Alex and I talked and he stated he was not going to be available until between 4 and 6 p.m. that day. He was able to make it at 5 p.m. He was completed with the repair by 5:45. He was very courteous and professional. Went over the proper maintenance of the door and recommended lubrication to use and showed me where it should be applied. He told me that he's a little worried about one of my Springs and explain to me why. I'll be contacting him again in a couple weeks to make those repairs as well.

Not sure what else to say. Within 3 hours of me logging into home adviser the garage was fixed (broken spring). Alex called within 20 mins to give me an estimate over the phone. Alex also fixed some other issues that the builder did incorrectly for no additional cost. Explained everything he was doing and very personable. High recommend!

They were punctual! They performed the services that I hired them for with precision and quality! They went a little further by servicing my complete door, springs included at no additional fee! What I liked the most was the explanations I got along the way on the why and how and what I could do in the future to keep my door in top operating condition!!

I hired Advanced for a Garage door opener installation. To their credit, Alex found I didn’t need the new opener and made he necessary adjustments on my existing one. The price for installation was to have been $150; I was charged $100 instead. I felt that the trip fee and service provided were a bit overpriced at that rate. However, the service, knowledge and attitude were excellent.

Alex was great about providing fast, immediate service. Due to the cause of the issue, he had me try something out to see what he would need to do when he came to my house. He brought everything we discussed and did a fantastic job to replace the old opener we had. His quick response and excellent communication are definitely a big plus!
