I don't know whether these folks are over worked and underpaid or just plain rude.... - The woman who answers the phone is rude and interrupts (makes you feel like you are bothering her by asking a question). - The technician you get passed to answer your question make you feel like you are interrupting them and then give you direction to "fix" the problem yourself. After you try, it doesn't resolve the issue and you call back and you enter the same cycle of speaking with the rude woman who answers the phones and then the feeling of disrupting the technician who has more important things to do then help you....(Exception is what sounds like an older gentleman - maybe the owner- who genuinely tries to help you...but ultimately is reluctant to schedule a service call). -They NEVER want to schedule a service call to support the systems they installed - e.g. "part is coming in - I'll call you when it arrives" - with no ETA of an arrival and curt response when asked if there is an ETA or somewhere else you can buy. Bottom line, business for them must be booming - because they clearly have no inclination towards customer service or servicing/supporting residential accounts. Hopefully, they get some time off to re-charge and this is just burn out from the team/staff....cause they all sound like they need a vacation or new vocation.....

They had the best pricing when I had called around and obviously this is because their service is lacking. Originally they couldn't tell me what system would be installed. When I finally called to set up an appointment for them to come the receptionist told me it would be the following day but she couldn't give me a specific time. No one showed up or called. I called them the following day and spoke with Dean who just kept pushing the blame back to me. He said if I wanted instant service they were not the company to go to. I replied I am not looking for "instant" service but for someone to show up when I stay home from work waiting for a company to come on the said date. He just didn't see my prospective. I never had the work done by this company because if their work is anything like their customer service then I'm not interested.

I was very happy with the end results and ended up with an on/off handle at the valve which I did not have prior. The leak was fixed and all areas of yard are receiving an equal amount of water.. I had several companies come out over the past three years and this is the first company that actually knew what they were doing and did it right.
