I thought the overall cleaning was ok. They were extremely slow but did an ok job. The only thing they did not know or just didn't pick up objects to dust underneath.

The team of two was prompt, courteous and hard-working. They did a thorough job.

We had a heavy duty "move in" cleaning. I advised Elizabeth that it would take some time. The first day, 2 girls came. Clearly they could not finish in the alotted time. Elizabeth was very responsive. She scheduled 2 people to come the next day to finish. Manuel was very good and was very thorough. I provided a list of areas that needed particular attention. All were addressed. I will continue to use this service on an ongoing basis. Timely.
